Sarina and her mom we amazing hosts. They made us feel very welcomed.
Morning coffee and continental breakfast were great. The house was cozy and had old charm. The location was very good, about a 10 minute walk to the wharf and center of action. I would definitely consider another stay with them.
It is a beautiful and cozy house in 10 mins walk from the Bowens Wharf, preserving the atmosphere and beauty of a colonial period of history. The hosts Sarina and her mother were very friendly, breakfast is delicious and the little green garden at the back of the house, where I celebrated my birthday, is truly amazing. We were greatly taken care of while our stay, it was also very nice to receive complimentary cupcakes for my birthday. Highly recommend the experience of staying there, it creates a pleasant memory for life!
everything was great
Location, comfort, historic place, sea facing, the hostess Ms Joanna and her daughter were fabulous. They made our stay interesting, by offering us info about the city and the history.
Everything was awesome.
Beautifully restored house. Great location. And lovely owners.
Absolutely extraordinary property and experience. We are deeply grateful to Ms. S. & Ms. J. for making a getaway weekend special and memorable for us. Ms. J.'s renovation of this house is a work to behold, and all of the delights of Newport lay an easy walk away. Our lovely hosts we're a joy to speak with, but also we engaged only so much as we wished and had plenty of privacy and space to relax and enjoy ourselves. We will recommend this property to our family when they visit in the future.
Nothing at all not to like; every details was anticipated.
It’s a 300 hundred year old house entirely renovated with pristine taste. The room was large, comfortable, cozy. Excellent bathroom.
Nothing
Bed, location, quietness, private
Limited communication with host, parking was unclear
The property was very historic and beautifully and functionally restored.

Sarina is a fantastic host and the house combines tradition and comfort.
An historic, 300 year old, building with a superb host and very comfortable and (classically) stylish room. Right opposite Goat Island Park and the bay.
The property was perfect for us but some visitors (possibly Americans) could be put off by the 7 minute walk to the downtown area. Being English this wasn’t a problem in any way for us though - in fact it was a benefit !
Lovely period house but beautifully renovated. The rooms well proportioned and furnished with a lot of period pieces and artwork. The hostess Serena was very helpful and pleasant.
