The Explorer Hotel was the perfect place to stay in Yellowknife — comfortable, central, and with wonderful staff.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in a central area, making it convenient to explore. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very clean.

櫃檯有位年長的女子態度非常差，因為當天我是因為航班delay才導致需要再重返酒店入住，但櫃檯的年長女子非常沒有耐心，因為這間飯店的電梯壞掉我前兩天住這邊時已經爬了兩天的七樓樓梯，12/29check

櫃檯有位年長的女子態度非常差，因為當天我是因為航班delay才導致需要再重返酒店入住，但櫃檯的年長女子非常沒有耐心，因為這間飯店的電梯壞掉我前兩天住這邊時已經爬了兩天的七樓樓梯，12/29check in時詢問是否可以住在低樓層，櫃檯人員並無耐心多做解釋，且表情也非常不屑，安排的房間排水孔沒有蓋子，東西掉下去就很難撿到，且浴缸內還有頭髮，也比前兩天住的還要舊，感受上很差，班機延誤已經很影響心情，又遇到這樣的櫃檯人員，希望飯店能讓該員工檢討自身行為。

オーロラー鑑賞の旅には絶好の宿かと思います。
Pros:

１．レストランの食事は美味しかったです。特にバッファローのステーキは絶品でした。
２．レストランが満席の時に、バーで食事を頂けたのは良かったです。
２．YKセンターまで徒歩でもすぐ近くなので、買い物に便利でした。

Cons:

１．エレベーターが修理中で、歩いて5階までの往復は運動になりました。スーツケースはスタッフの方が業務用のエレベータで運んで頂いたので良かったです。
