Pros:

Parking should have been removed given we were only notifified our room was available past 4 PM and there were ~50 students loitering in the lobby and health club.
It detracted from our one night at the property.

Cons:

Room was nice and this is a great ski-in/ski-out location.
I wish we were provided a room that was further away from the lobby.
There were a LOT of students loitering all throughout the lobby, hallsways, and healthclub which disrupted our stay. These students had already checked out and were simply waiting for their bus...

Spas sans réservation qui donne beaucoup de monde en même temps et avec de jeune enfant.pas de déjeuner inclus comme plusieurs autre hôtel ,pas de stationnement inclus,réfrigérateur très bruillant,j'avais demander une chambre avec balcon et j'ai du me satisfere d'un studio sans balcon et cela sans réduction.

The view from our window is unbelievable, absolutely loved it, also fireplace in the room.

Cons:

Lit Queen non standard, trop petit et matelas non confortable (très mou et vieux)
Murs mal insonorisé. Nous entendions les conversations de nos voisins. La chambre n’était pas disponible à 16h00 tel que mentionné et en plus la réception nous a dit que puisque nous avions réservé avec Booking.com nous avions une chambre plus que standard et que si nous voulions une chambre normal la prochaine fois de réserver directement avec l’hôtel.

Good stay, convenient location. Good value for money.
Pros:

Very convenient location, good sized room, all amenities we needed were provided. Ski lockers available for free.

Pros:

This is wonderful place. Elizabeth on the reception let us settled little bit earlier and we were so happy. Everything was good. We will invite our friends to come next year and stay here again
