Pros:

This is wonderful place. Elizabeth on the reception let us settled little bit earlier and we were so happy. Everything was good. We will invite our friends to come next year and stay here again

Quiet and fun
Pros:

The room size was good, bed was comfortable, staff was nice, the turbillon was very cool, dry sauna nice and the gym seemed nice, but I didn't tried...

Cons:

The fact that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast or meals is a bit frustrating. Even with the Columbus Coffee next door, it's not the same. Our room wasn't equipped with enough facilities for cooking or even preparing breakfast. In another topic, during the weekend, the jacuzzi (turbillon) was quite busy and other guests were bringing alcohol into it, it was kind of annoying, not because of the alcohol, but because they left cans and bottles all over the place. But not as annoying as the guests that brought a portable speaker into the dry sauna.

Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado pela faixa de preço. Consegue ter acesso ao lift em poucos passos e possui locker para o equipamento.
O fato de ter uma cozinha equipada ajuda muito na dinamica de café da manha especialmente para familias com crianças.

Cons:

Minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante negativa devido ao tratamento recebido pelo front desk, especialmente do supervisor. Durante três dias da minha estadia havia hóspedes fumando maconha no andar, situação conhecida pelo hotel, já que os seguranças circulavam tentando identificar a origem. Ao reclamar no check-out, o supervisor se fez de desentendido, apesar de eu já ter reportado anteriormente. A solução oferecida (reembolso do custo adicional de cama por UM dia dos sete que ficamos) foi insensível e insuficiente. Mais tarde recebi um e-mail mais compreensivo, oferecendo duas diárias como compensação, mas em condições que não consigo utilizar. Problemas podem acontecer em qualquer hotel, mas a forma como minha reclamação foi menosprezada me causou profunda repulsa. Não recomendo

Un week-end réussi.
Pros:

L'hôtel est un peu ancien. En contrepartie, j'ai bénéficié d'un surclassement en chambre avec cheminée, cuisine, salon et vue sur les téléphériques. C'était au-delà de mes espérances. Le personnel était très accueillant.

Cons:

Les oreillers étaient assez fermes. La connexion internet instable.

Pros:

Location right next to the cabriolet is fantastic. You can walk to any part of the village.

Cons:

Small hot tub and sauna only fits 8-10 people so there was a wait. Rooms are clean and tidy, but dated and worn. the pullout was very saggy. No breakfast option. Beware the parking under the property is tricky. Bring your own lock if you want your skis to be protected.

La propreté de la chambre , je la qualifierais 1/10. Il avait des poils , cheveux et l'odeur .... Je vais à cette hôtel depuis très longtemps de à chaque fois je suis de plus en plus déçu par rapport au prix.
