Отличный небольшой отель. Рядом все транспортные развязки и достопримечательности. Отзывчивая Манула, все расскажет, обьяснит.
Когда в следующий раз поеду в Тбилиси, то обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле.

Pros:

НИЧЕГО. Вместе со старыми владельцами из место забрали душу.

Cons:

Было очень грязно. В номере ни разу не убирались за все время пребывания, мусор также не забирали. На веранде тоже бардак и грязь, везде мусор. Вот честно, ехали от приятных воспоминаний из прошлого, на месте же были разочарованы.

Отдельно лично мое фи, персонал в лице девушки на стойке регистрации хамло и газлайтерка(ша).

Это был последний раз, когда мы были в этом месте, а жаль. Раньше тут было не дорого богато, но так сильно с душой, а сейчас просто ужас, одним словом ОБЩАГА.

Cons:

They suddenly canceled my reservation, and it was awful. We were already on our way, so I felt really anxious about the situation. My son and I were both exhausted. After that, we had to find another hotel.

Cons:

The hotel has to cancel due to the pump issue. It would be better if the hotel could text me in booking earlier. So, I could find another hotel without losing the time

Basic Room sub par
Pros:

The property was great for location, it was a two minute walk to Rose Revolution Square where tour groups meet for pick up. I had two tours in two days and the pick up and drop off point was convenient. That was the main reason I rented a room at this hotel.

Cons:

Room is quite old, not any updated renovations, bed is not very comfortable, there is no TV or ceiling fan, above the mirror in the bathroom. There are exposed wires, my last day there the Internet/Wi-Fi did not work so I had to walk to the Radisson Hotel to get Wi-Fi so I could book a Bolt taxi ride to the airport

Not reliable personel
Pros:

I liked nothing since it was not possible to check in or make any proper arrangements with personel.

Cons:

At arrival no one was present, Bonnie picked up the phone, before arrival an email was sent regarding stay which was never answered. So I was forced to look for a different place asap. Next day I confronted lady present at the location I made new arrangements which AGAIN were not honored. So Triple Eight Hotel failed big time and I cancelled my later booking with them.
