The location is amazing.
I chose this property because it accepts card payment. However, upon arrival I was informed that the card machine was not working, and I was required to withdraw cash.
The room conditions did not meet basic expectations. There was visible mould on the walls (as shown in the photos). Only two towels were provided, with no face towels or bathroom mat. The shower had no curtain, resulting in water flooding the bathroom floor during use. The toilet seat was broken, and there were exposed wires hanging above the mirror, which raised safety concerns given the wet environment.
During my stay, the water supply was cut off twice, and I had to use bottled water to finish a shower.
No toiletries were provided at all, including shampoo or shower products. Despite staying for four nights, the room was not cleaned at any point. Due to poor ventilation, the room remained consistently humid and developed an unpleasant smell. The bedsheets also showed visible humidity stains (as shown in the photos).
Although a kettle was provided, only one mug was available, and it was not clean.
Overall, the experience did not match the advertised facilities or basic hygiene and maintenance standards.
Good place to stay for such price. Location is perfect. The hotel has very friendly staff who's always ready to help the guests.

Simple, aber gut!
I had an unexpected layover in Tbilisi and arrived at the hotel in a very difficult situation — without any cash, and my cards were not working. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a genuinely heartwarming one thanks to the hotel owner.
The owner went above and beyond to help me: he kindly accepted a bank transfer and provided me with cash, which was an absolute lifesaver at that moment. This level of trust, flexibility, and human support is something you rarely encounter — it made a huge difference for me.
Beyond that, the hotel itself is excellent. Everything is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you immediately feel at ease.
The location is simply perfect — right in the heart of everything. Great restaurants, beautiful streets, and key attractions are all within walking distance. It’s incredibly convenient and makes your stay in Tbilisi even more enjoyable.
I’m truly grateful for the kindness and professionalism I experienced here. Highly recommended — not just for the comfort and location, but for the exceptional people behind it.
Mr. Temo was very helpful. Whenever we had a problem, he tried to resolve it immediately. The location is also good—it’s about a half-hour walk to the Freedom Square, but we had no trouble at all.
I was extremely shocked to see large black insects crawling in the room. This is completely unacceptable. How can anyone sleep peacefully in such conditions? What if these insects start crawling on guests while they are sleeping? This is a serious hygiene issue and a clear injustice to customers. Cleanliness is the most basic responsibility of any hotel. The management must take immediate action to fix this problem.
The location was good. It was a normal experience but next time I prefer another place.
