Pros:

El alojamiento era super lindo, limpio, cómodo.

Cons:

La ubicación es un poco lejos del centro. El personal era demasiado atento, nivel extremo. Nos despertaron 3 personas para limpiar el cuarto, después de tocar como 3 veces la puerta y no nos quedamos tantos dias como para que el cuarto necesite limpieza. Creo que en vez de ofrecer ese servicio, podrian hacerlo directamente a la gente que les pide la limpieza.
Otra cosa es que dicen tener cuartos insonorizados y al menos desde nuestro cuarto se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en el lobby y lo que hacían en los otros cuartos.

Don’t stay here, waste of money

The staff was very helpful and very kind

Room was really close to the road. Heard cars and motorcycles all night, unable to sleep at all , flies had a feast all night, checked out the very next morning, unable to get a refund for the nights we didn’t use, breakfast was cold, coffee was cold, will not recommend to anyone, big roaches, worst thing was water was leaking from the top floor to the bottom floor , booking.com should refund my money, asked for a different room but was told no, when checking out all of a sudden they had a few rooms available, far from anything that you could do , not close to anything, property looks very nice, but looks can be deceiving, room had a strong musty smell, booking.com needs to do their homework on this property before rating it Not happy at all.

Everything is in a nice condition. Amazing cafe cross the street. Gym 5 min walk.
Fair price. Staff is very friendly. My second time here and will back again

Cons:

No common yard with pool. But I did not expect this for this price.
If you want pool you may book villa.

Pros:

Очень качественно сделан ремонт в комнатах, мебель и отделка очень добротная. Главное - нет запаха плесени, что большая проблема в Убуде. Очень нравится гель для душа и лосьон для тела марки botanica sensatia. Хороший кондиционер, как для меня даже слишком холодный. Я брала комнату на 2 этаже, раньше был вид на восход солнца, сейчас уже построили дом напротив. Удобный матрас и подушки, что не мало важно для хорошего отдыха.

Cons:

Все понравилось. Отсутствие бассейна и ресторана компенсирует цена и качество услуг в отеле. Завтрак можно заказать в номер

Хороший отель! При заезде выложили лепестками красивый рисунок!!) Очень мило! Чисто, аккуратно, вежливый персонал!
Рядом есть кофейня и морепродукты(советую попробовать гриль)
