Cons:

It was wayyyy too noisy. I was not able to sleep at all. It felt like people were racing left and right above me the whole time. Nonstop noise.

The rugs need to be removed!!!
Disappointed overall!

Cons:

The terrible mold odor in our room.
Reported 3 times- sprayed with air freshener twice. Never offered to move us to a different room. The clerk said the backside smells due to the water plant directly behind the hotel. When you open your curtain that’s your view!!!

Clean, friendly, great breakfast and the best staff I’ve met in a hotel.
Pros:

Really welcoming staff that went above and beyond for me. Made my stay so lovely. The breakfast was lovely lots of variety. Nice comfortable bed.
