Premium Hotel
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at Emily’s by Jdaniels. The rooms were premium, exceptionally spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The staff delivered outstanding, friendly service throughout my visit, making the experience truly seamless. A special mention to the rooftop restaurant, the ambiance is superb, and the food is outstanding. Overall, a flawless experience that I would highly recommend.

Pros:

Clean rooms. All the standard amenities. Very good restaurant. Excellent staff... they made all the difference. I stayed here with my 70+ year old father.... the staff was polite engaging and helped out without even having to ask.

Cons:

The hotel is not very well known with the taxis and the autos or even in the neighbourhood. Given language constraints in Kerala, they must market better.

Staff were generally friendly and responsive, with the exception of the restaurant team.

Cons:

The bathroom had serious drainage issues — water from the shower accumulated and spilled into the room.

Persistent foul smell (like drainage/gutter) in the bathroom and even in the reception area.

Breakfast was à la carte, but poorly handled. The waiter wouldn’t share the full list of available items unless we explicitly asked.

Food taste was average at best.

Shockingly, the kitchen didn’t even have basic items like butter — a clear indicator of substandard dining services.
