Pros:

The facilities & overall vibes were amazing. Rooms and building are spotless. The staff really made my stay enjoyable. They are extremely well trained. Shreya at the reception was extremely professional & helpful at the same time. Really a pleasure to interact with her. Special mention to Rohan and Jangmu as well. Breakfast is great as well with a variety of options for everyone.
I recommend Sherpa Pub (on the ground floor) as well. Great food and well made drinks. The atmosphere is great too. Special mention here to Aksis, Sandhya, Ashika, Kopila and Jeewan who will always be happy to customize things as you need.

I highly recommend this hotel whether it's a stay of 1 day or 1 month+.

Great hotel in great location
Pros:

Great location, felt very safe. Staff were friendly & helpful. The staff at the cafe/bar next door were so lovely and the buffet breakfast served there was great! The room was clean and spacious. Would recommend staying here.

Pros:

Stayed here last year also. I love the location and the staff. This year I had a bigger room so not sure how that works!

Bezproblemove pekne ubytovanie v srdci Thamelu.
Pros:

Pekny hotel priamo v centre Thamelu, perfektna poloha, dobre vybavenie, bary a restauracie hned vedla hotela. Netreba sa obavat ubytovat sa tu.

Cons:

Netesnost okien, pocut zvuky ulice. Treba stople do usi.

Pros:

Very good location at the heart of Thamel. The architecture is beautiful linking with Nepali heritage at the same time being modern.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet could have been better. There weren’t enough plates and cutlery so had to wait for the staff to clean them and bring them our. Increasing staff could have easily solve this issue.

Pros:

The size of the room

Cons:

The noise of the pump on the water and the fact that I had to insist a lot for making them giving me another room. When they did it they gave me a room with zero natural light and a stain of blood on the bedsheets. Plus, the breakfast is mediocre, definitely not fabulous as written on booking. They don’t even serve coffee. Also the food of the restaurant is not very good. I ordered a chicken burger and the patty was that hard that was impossible to chew it. I asked to a waiter if was possible to change it and he said: “no, it’s just like that”. Fortunately the manager came and proposed to make a new one
