Cons:

Não gostei pq mesmo eu reclamando que o café estava frio, o garçom somente levou o café para esquentar trazendo novamente para consumo morno. Acho que esse quesito precisa ser melhorado, pq o hotel tem ótima estrutura para perder cliente por conta de mal atendimento de funcionário.

Pros:

The pool, the location, the rooms the decoration. Very authentic.

Cons:

Some days the buffet breakfast wasn’t available due to low occupancy. I guess it was the low season. A-la-cart was still available.

Ótima opção em Bonito!
Pros:

Quarto bonito e cama confortável com roupas de cama de muito boa qualidade, banheiro espaçoso com água quente e ducha forte, amenities e roupeiro com cabides. Café da manhã com ovos, frutas, pães e bolos, quase completo. Adorei o mimo no jardim ao voltar dos passeios com pipoca, café e bolo.

Cons:

Fica como sugestão: 1) uma luz no canto do roupeiro pois ali fica muito escuro. 2) saboneteira ou sabonete líquido na pia, uma bobagem que faz falta quando o sabonete fica se desmanchando na bancada. 3) um aparador para água do box que acaba molhando o pano de saída. 4) E o mais importante para mim seria ter suco de fruta natural e não pronto do mercado, num país tropical temos fruta em abundância.
Ressalto que nada disso me impediria de voltar, é apenas pontos a melhorar.
