Está cercano al centro, pero no tiene servicios de comedor o de alimentos. La alberca es agradable pero sería mejor si estuviera climatizada. El trato es indiferente por parte del personal, no es malo pero tampoco es extraordinario.

No existen atención al cliente, no hay orientación acerca de las atracciones de la ciudad y el trato es indiferente. Mejoraría con un servicio básico de alimentos

Bonito hotel en el centro de Oaxaca para disfrutar en familia.
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica, el hotel no tiene restaurante pero nos recomendaron Café Alex a dos cuadras y nos gustó mucho desayunar ahí. El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones son amplias.

Cons:

El internet no tenía buena señal y no podíamos ver la TV porque funcionaba con internet, luego en el celular y laptop funcionaba mejor pero para la TV no funcionaba bien.

Esta cerca del Zocalo, de los principales lugares como iglesias, mercados, caminando, cuenta con algunos lugares de estacionamiento, no funcionaba el restaurante, supongo que estaba en remuneración, el personal muy atento y cordiar, sus recomendaciones muy buenas.. No tome fotos del lugar pero me gusto mucho...

La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

Las ventanas y puertas no tienen cortinas o algún método para que la habitación este oscura y se pueda descansar. Las instalaciones ya lucen viejas, sobre todo los baños. No pusieron las toallas necesarias y el papel de baño de la calidad más baja.

Oaxaca para turistear!!!

Los recepcionistas muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con mucha amabilidad.

Cons:

Yo fui a descansar, no pude hacerlo porque las chicas que asean las habitaciones empujan puertas y hacen un ruido que no te deja dormir.... Desde muy temprano!!! Si vas a descansar, es imposible!!!
