El lugar es bonito, la habitacion limpia, el.personal muy agradable

Cons:

El agua de la alberca esta fría, mas iluminación en el área de alberca, y estaría muy bien que tuvieran servicio de bar o restaurante pues el mobiliario ahí esta.

Love Santa Helena Plaze
Pros:

Very clean, nice you are in Mexico feel and theme. Very spacious room. Had a balcony looking over a nice pool and large spacious patio deck. They supplied two smallish bottles of water every day.

Cons:

Liked most things but two odd things. No water glasses in the room or at the front desk. Our room had two queen size beds but only one chair with no back. Nowhere to sit, only lie down. The beds were very firm, almost hard and so were the pillows. I like firm beds but this was overly firm. No room fridge or microwave, not an issue for us. No ice in the hotel but a convenance store was just a block away.

Nice swimming pool area but very loud, which meant poor sleep.
Pros:

Lovely pool area, loved that the room was cleaned every day with a fresh supply of water bottles. Area was okay.

Cons:

The room we were given was right next to the lobby and it was incredibly loud. Even with good ear plugs, the lobby was echoey and the walls were paper thin, so we had no chance of having a decent sleep.
We were also only given one roll of toilet paper, which isn’t enough, and while the staff were friendly, they didn’t have any English at all. I’m not one of those people that expects locals to speak my language, but one would assume that a prerequisite for hiring a tourist-facing role would be to have at least a basic grasp of the international lingua franca.
