The staff were VERY helpful and pleasant!
Very lovely common areas for guests to seat and relax and visit. Lovely quiet music playing during the day added to the relaxing atmosphere. The linens (sheets and towels) could use an upgrade. Easy and close to the main square.
The common areas in the Palacio Al Andulus were very nice. They were clean and comfortable and well decorated with lots of space. Ashrov was fantastic. He was personable, knowledgeable and kind and made our stay very pleasant. He also spoke excellent English which was very helpful. Our room on the other hand was not the best. It was very tiny for two people and the bathroom was not really adequate or clean.

We had to leave before breakfast was served. Based on previous reviews we asked if they could put something together for the road and were told no. Also we did not find the check in particularly helpful. There was loud music playing until after 11 outside our room.
nice hotel with split terraces. must drag luggage from taxi drop-off up the hill on uneven passage. Breakfast was good but slow for lack of personnel.
Had an amazing stay at this Riad. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great central location to everything. Our rooms was really comfortable with modern facilities and breakfast had lots of food.
We also ate dinner here and their beef tagine was very yummy and tender.

Great place to stay right in the center of the Medina/markets. Achraf is great to work with and super attentive to your needs. Helped us exchange money last minute and arrange all our transportation. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is part of the mosaic of Chefchouan's breathtaking beauty. The hotel's upper terrace allows you to absorb this beauty, especially during your breakfast. Keep in mind that the location of the hotel is steep and difficult to walk up to for weak adults or young children. The rooms are understandably small and the hotel attendants are courteous.
This is probably the best hotel in Chef! Absolutely beautiful terrace views and staff is so helpful. We spent most our time at the hotel as it has the best view of Chef. It’s so picturesque. Highly recommend staying here!
