Pros:

Great experience! Place to be if you stay in HCM - party street is like 500m away. The Homestay is clean the staff is very friendly. Perfect! Thanks

Good location in district 1. Clean and comfortable
Pros:

The location in district 1 is good. There are eating and drinking places very close by. The room was big, clean and comfortable. There was a washing machine on the rooftop that we could use.

Cons:

Nothing. Just be aware that there isn't a lift if thats an issue for you

recommend stay for young couples/bagpackers.
Pros:

apartment was clean. room and toilet well equipped. iron for clothes was provided. strategic location walking distance about 500m to the night-live, and food. quiet and peaceful during the night. easy to get grab drivers. room was spacious.

Cons:

we were promised a balcony but had no balcony when received room for check-in.

Egentlig ok nemmest pga at de hjalp os med skaffe taxa kl 2 om natten

Manden og kvinden som ejedestedet hjalp os med at aflyse reservationen hos booking com

Cons:

At da vi ikke havde fået svaret på hvad tid vi ville ankomme dagen før (grundet ikke adgang til nettet ) havde de aflyst værelset og lejet det in på ny 😢😫hvad det åbenbart er meget almindeligt i HCM.

Short stop in Ho Chi Minh
Pros:

The building is located on a private road, which made out stay comfortable after a long flight.
We had a room on the 2nd floor. The room size is great and the bed was very comfy.

Cons:

The towels were old and didn't look very clean. Same for the bathroom. Overall a decent stay.
