Nice neighbourwood
Pros:

Fica num beco rodeado de habitantes locais, pode-se ir a pé até aos principais pontos de atração. Cheio de pequenos restaurantes, mercado, cafés, lavandaria. Super calmo. O alojamento tem um terraço.

Posizione centralissima, struttura pulita, servizi ottimi! Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente competitivo. A 10 minuti a piedi dal mercato centrale.

Super nette Frau an der Rezeption. Riesiges Zimmer mit allem was man braucht! Riesiges Bett!

Das Badezimmer ist wirklich winzig, hat mich persönlich aber nicht großartig gestört. Gestört hat mich die Hellhörigkeit. Man hört alles, von überall, wirklich alles! Jedes Gespräch, jeden Besuch, jeden Schritt. Auch der Fußboden im Zimmer sollte langsam erneuert werden.

Ideale rustige ligging, ruime kamer.
Pros:

Zeer rustig gelegen in een zijstraatje. Verschillende restaurants en winkeltjes vlakbij.
Op wandelafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden van Saigon.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Super rapport qualité prix, plutôt pour les jeunes.
Pros:

L emplacement est idéal à la fois dans le district 1 (Bui Vien street, les bars, le Frolic à courte distance à pieds) mais dans une ruelle calme sans issue, si bien que vous dormez bien quand même.
Lit confortable ni trop mou ni trop dur comme cela peut arriver dans d autres hôtels. Clim ok, télé paramétrée pour YouTube par exemple

Cons:

Plutôt quelques détails : je n’ai pas été prévenu qu il y aurait 3% en plus pour le paiement par carte, à moins de 25€ la nuit ça fait environ 0,70€ mais sur le principe.
Les meubles comme l armoire, le bureau la porte ont vécu, mais ça fait le job, et encore une fois à moins de 25€ la nuit pour un tel emplacement…
Un peu plus gênant absence d ascenseur donc vous pouvez avoir à monter 4-5 étages surtout avec votre valise. Ce qui fait que de mon point de vue c’est un hôtel pour une clientèle plutôt jeune en tout cas en bonne santé.

Sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal, das bei allen Fragen behilflich ist.
Rollervermietung im Hotel, sehr günstig, Wäscheservice, kostenfrei!!! sowie der Flughafentransfer und es gab jeden Tag frisches Wasser im Zimmer.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen
Pros:

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, nur wenige Meter vom Geschehen in Saigon. Viele Essenstände sind in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Unterkunft war sauber, Klimaanlage funktionierte, aus der Dusche kam warmes Wasser, Der Besitzer beantwortet gerne Fragen und zeigt Interesse am Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste. Hotel ist nicht Barrierefrei, da es keinen Aufzug hat, Es war für uns ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Es gibt immer etwas zu Mosern, aber nicht bei dem Preis.

Pros:

Расположение супер, все хорошо чисто. Много место, кондиционер новый. Подушка простовата но норм. Одеяло приятное. Матрас тоже неплохой
