Clean,good price, good location, frendly personal
Right off the highway
Photos online are heavily photo shopped! Rooms need to be redone; tons of patchwork and cracks all over the walls and ceiling in the bathrooms, sloppy one coat paint job on the walls and can see through it. Room doors have large gaps on the bottom and the top and light from the hall shines through at night. The flooring looked new but the room had soft spots and you dipped down when walking. The hallways are modern and up to date but then you walk into the most important part the room and it is not. Our room was close to 80 degrees when we walked in and needed to request another room because the AC would not kick over. We booked and were assigned a room with two queen beds… they were NOT QUEENS and were full size which was terrible because I was sharing a bed with my two toddlers. Got absolutely no sleep due to the bed size.
First of all the room was not carpeted. It felt like a whorehouse. Indian was very rude. Smell of old bleach, water, bedsheets, old bathroom towels, old decor, stale.

The first night there were a large group of guest staying in multiple rooms and they were arguing from 11 pm till 5 am it kept the kids and I up all night the second night a family woth kids was loud and shouting slamming doors in the halls we didn't sleep again

We stayed in room 328 it was at the end of the hallway by the exit door. Are room lock didn't work , so we were unable to secure our door properly. The door on the 1st floor at the end of the hallway had no lock on it at all.Anyone could walk into the hotel.Come up the exit stairs to any level of a hotel. I asked to speak to a manager Each day I was there. I was told no manager was on-site.The whole weekend. I ask for the manager's business card with the name on it and phone number. They had no business cards with the manager's name or phone number.They wrote it down on a piece of paper for me. I stayed from july 3rd to july 5th. On the fourth of july , I heard a lot of ambulances and fire trucks pulling up to the hotel. Myself in a couple of\n Other guests go down the elevator to the lobby to see what's going on.\n And as we got off the elevator they were bringing a man out of one of the rooms on the 1st floor he had overdosed. As we got into the lobby in the eating area, another man was sitting there on a computer and he happened to say to all of us.This happens every weekend. My reply was what????? I cannot sleep in this hotel every time I heard a noise. I thought someone was coming in our door. I travel five hours to be in that area and had no rest. I would love to have all my money back for this past weekend.It was terrible and I suggest that your company does not represent that hotel ever again.It's horrible. You just\nNeed to send someone there to see for yourself. I even took pictures of the doors with the missing locks unlocked the incident that happened that night with the ambulance and the fire trucks.
