Great stay for something away from downtownbut a short drive to family activities and shopping!
Pros:

The concierge at the desk gave us an upgrade on arrival!! (Probably to help us avoid the hockey tournament crowd) Free warm cookies & offered water bottles.
We got a large suite with a full kitchen, 2nd bath & tv!!
Hot tub was working but the pool was busy with hockey kids.
Breakfast in the morning was free with our booking. The hot breakfast was a full hot buffet. The server at Blake's restaurant was so fun and attentive we had a great time!

Cons:

The beds were more soft than I am used to, since I like a very firm bed.. the pillows were very thin.. but overall the blankets and bedding made up for it.

Pros:

The staff was excellent. Great service, quick to respond to and correct any issues that arose (including the sheets on one bed in the room which were very dirty - housekeeping came quickly to change them). Front desk and restaurant staff also very good and efficient.

Cons:

Would have loved to have clean sheets upon arrival.

Liked location. The pool and workout facilities were great.

Cons:

Upgrade was right in front of the construction outside of hotel. Not worth to pay extra to be right where construction was. Pillows are nice but way to big. They hurt the neck. With a double king upgrade microwave should be included in room.

Parking was to pricey. With the price of hotels now they should be at a much lower rate. I think $30 a day was a bit much. I would have found $30 a day reasonable for both days

An amazing stay, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean . Hot cookies and water upon check in was surprisingly a great service and there was more than one elevator, which is always great!

Cons:

The parking was across the road, and you have to drive around to get back to the hotel to put your luggage back into your car because it’s on a one way street.
