Pros:

The room is big, bed is comfortable, parking is okey, and the restaurant is perfect too bad it was closed when we get there in the afternoon so we had to go and fine a place to dine in the middle of the middle of cold winter

Won’t stay again. Too much money for nothing great.
Pros:

Clean rooms, but dated decor.

Cons:

Location-very loud with the ambulance and fire station so close. Walls are very thin and we heard our neighbours clearly. Having to park in a public lot is ridiculous. Never been to a hotel without parking and charging for parking valet style.

Verty comfortable stay in London!
Pros:

Everthing about this hotel was very good including the staff, location and fitness centre. The only area I felt disappointed in was the room. It seemed very dated with the furniture, carpet, HVAC and washroom all needing a face lift. Other than that, great weekend stay at the hotel!

Dated rooms, dirty tile and grout in bathrooms, but central location. Not sure I'd stay here again.

Location of the hotel is very central. The room was very spacious.

Cons:

The rooms are very dated. The Mr. Coffee maker is from the '80s. It's as if the rooms haven't been updated since then. The bathroom counter is so low and I'm 5'6" height. I can't imagine someone taller to use the sink and counter. The staff also need to clean the grout on the tile... it's very dirty.

Room needs an upgrade. I felt like I was in some raunchy hotel

The room stunk. Very musty. We had to wash all our clothes. When we got home.
Shower knob was broken.
