Голяма и чиста стая. Гледката от стаята беше страхотна. Басейнът е чист и с перфектна температура.
Може би само кошче за боклук ми липсваше в стаята.

Pool water was cold, room wasn't clean enough same as bathroom, food is double more expensive then 2 years ago... Definitely that was my last visit!

Příjemný hotel s vlastní restaurací a bazénem. Hezké prostředí. Možnost parkování. Velmi milí a ochotní zaměstnanci. Pobyt zde splnil očekávání klidné dovolené a relaxace.
Изключително приятен престой! Хотелът е семеен, уютен и с обслужване на много високо ниво. Още с пристигането ни усетихме отношение – Теодора ни посрещна с усмивка на рецепцията, а после се грижеше за нас и в ресторанта. Много мила, внимателна и сърдечна – истинско удоволствие е да попаднеш на такова гостоприемство!
Закуската беше чудесна – вкусна, домашна и поднесена с усмивка.
Интериорът беше малко нетипичен, а изкуствените цветя на места ни дойдоха в повече, но това е по-скоро въпрос на личен вкус.
Със сигурност бихме се върнали отново! Благодарим за топлото посрещане.
Локацията е добра отправна точка за планински туризъм.
Стаята не се почиства всеки ден,не се изнася боклука и се смениха бельото на 3я ден Персоналът е нелюбезен, системно бъркат поръчките в ресторанта, който предлага полуфабрикати предимно, на цени, конкурентни на класно заведение в центъра на София. Няма прясна домашна храна,няма и отношение.
The staff are absolutely marvellous and so helpful! Theodora is fluent in English and was a great help to us as we do not speak Bulgarian. The cleaning ladies, the restaurant staff, and the management who attend to the pool, are all wonderful, cheerful, and extremely hardworking people. The breakfast and other food served in the restaurant is fabulous. The setting amongst the forested mountains with the fast flowing river running alongside the hotel is superb, and everything is kept spotlessly clean and well maintained. We loved the swimming pool and made good use of it. The TV has a lot of channels so we could watch the Wimbledon tennis on it. They quickly fixed things when the end stop on the curtain rail broke and the curtain came partially off the rail. The owner's red Shelby Cobra 5 litre V8 Ford Mustang is a sight to see and hear when he fires it up!
The mattress tended to sag in the middle so it did not give the needed support to ones back. The only chair in the room had very wobbly legs due to the bolts holding them being very loose. I tightened them as best I could with my fingers but they soon loosened again. Management took the chair away for repairs, but it was not replaced. The noise of two functions that went on into the early hours of the next morning with loud music that kept us awake so we did not get much sleep those two nights! At our age (late eighties) we found the steep 28 stairs up to our room, and the 46 steep stairs down to the pool and restaurant, a bit exhausting when one has to negotiate them several times a day! However, younger people would not have any problem with them.
Very clean. Confortable bed, nice people and nice views.
The bathroom needs a renovation. The floor gets wet because there is not an appropiate drainage.
