The most beautiful, relaxing weekend getaway.
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The apartment was exactly what we needed for just the two of us. Staff were so so kind and extremely friendly, so helpful to assist with anything. The property itself is beautiful.

Cons:

Maybe if there were some more activities to do? Nothing major though, the stay was amazing.

Stunning place with amazing style and vibe. Lovely stuff, warm and friendly host Stefania made our stay even greater. Nice and comfortable rooms, amazing pool and really good breakfast. Amazing yoga classes during the sunset was wan of a kind

Cons:

there are two main concerns:
1) sun beds or pool loungers. they needs to be changed - hard, overused and super uncomfortable. this is just not right with this price tag and "luxury resort" in the brand name

2) lack of any real lunch offer. once being in Tuscany you would love to get something local without using your car every single time if you want to eat after 10:30 am. what you only can get for lunch is "burgers" which include plain white bread, bit of Philadelphia cheese and smoked salmon is just wrong, not to mention toast bred with cheese. one simple pasta per day or caprese salad doesn't seems to be a massive task and cost

Cura delle camere, piscina, struttura in generale molto ben tenuta, ottima colazione.

Cons:

I lettini della piscina sono scomodi purtroppo.
Non c'è un adeguato servizio per il pranzo e non c'è possibilità di cenare a meno che non si decida di cucinare da soli. Arrivati il 14 agosto non ci era stato comunicato che non era possibile il servizio lunch box per il 15 agosto.
Late check out troppo costoso per il numero di ore a disposizione.

Stylish place and nice experience
Pros:

The hotel is new — everything looks great and stylish. The staff actively asks for feedback and really tries to make your stay comfortable. The "room" I booked was more like an apartment, with a studio kitchen and living room, fully equipped with everything you might need. It also had two showers and two toilets, along with all the essentials for the bathroom.

Since it was the start of the season, there were very few guests, so I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and great service.

One nice example of their customer focus — while I was at the pool, the staff happened to be cutting the grass nearby, which was a bit noisy. They later apologized and offered me a glass of prosecco as a compliment, which really showed their attention to guest experience.

Cons:

The location worked well for me, as I was traveling by train — it’s easy to reach without a car. However, I did miss having some nice restaurants within walking distance for dinner.

I would also suggest improving the breakfast experience. You order from the menu the night before and choose a time for it to be served. I felt the options were a bit limited, and the fruits and vegetables didn’t seem very fresh — possibly prepared the day before or delivered. I also would have liked to see more greens included in the menu.

Impressive, stylish and comfortable!

Asmara is exceptional. The team are very accommodating. Led by the amazing Stefania who made our stay a very memorable experience.
Conveniently located between Lucca and San Miniato and near Florence to visit.

Cons:

Hardly anything! We will be visiting again. Well done to all the team.
