Fatiguant, décevant
Pros:

Cadre agréable mais rien à voir avec les photos dé booking dans l’annonce, Aucun bar pour proposer des boissons même une bouteille d’eau ! aucun service à la piscine, le désert , établissement trop éloigné , aucun commerce.

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas la climatisation alors qu’il faisait 30 degrés dès le matin. Impossible de dormir avec cette chaleur, Nous avions un simple ventilateur pour toute la maison . Nous avons dû malheureusement écourté notre séjour et rentré chez nous .

Tutto, era tutto perfetto, dalla location, il cibo, la pulizia ed il personale veramente gentilissimo! La spa è stata una vera delizia, goduta nella mattinata prima di partire per il rientro a casa!

Un luogo di pace e tranquillità
Pros:

La posizione è incantevole un luogo fantastico per chi ha voglia di quiete e tranquillità.

Cons:

In un contesto di verde e boschi, vedere le aiuole secche o parzialmente secche non è un bel vedere. Forse la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata e in qualche punto un po' di manutenzione.

Ogólnie: w miarę ok

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji, zamiast klimatyzacji: ograniczona liczba wentylatorów, brak czajnika, cieknąca zmywarka, zamykająca się sofa podczas spania, basen z dużą ilością środków chemicznych, które mocno czuć podczas pływania, dzieci dostały wysypki i podrażnień skóry :(

Ein schöner aber nicht perfekter Urlaub.

- Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter
- Unterkunft
- Pool
- überdachte Parkmöglichkeiten
- Guter Ort (Serpentinen) für Radfahrer
- Restaurant auf der Anlage

Cons:

- WLAN an der Unterkunft so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Man musste dazu im Bereich des Swimmingpool gehen.
Aber auch dort war das WLAN Signal nicht gerade gut.
- Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen. Extrem kurvige Bergstraßen. Größere Einkaufsgeschäfte min 25 min entfernt.
- Die durch Booking.com inserierten Bilder bez. Wellness, auch der Pool (!) durften nur mittels eines zusätzlichen Aufpreises benutzt werden.
2ter Pool an manchen Tagen sehr laut. Allgemeine Pflegezustand Pool-Bereich würde ich mit 7von 10 Punkten bewerten.

- Abschlussgebühr von 220€ (Hund, Kurtaxe).
- Keine Klimaanlage

Marketing und Realität liegen bei diesem Hotel sehr weit auseinander
Pros:

Das Personal war - bis auf die eine Frühstücksdame - sehr freundlich.

Die eine Frühstücksdame hat uns von einem "begehrten" Tisch verscheucht, warum auch immer. Eventuell, um diesen für andere Gäste vorzureservieren.

Und wichtig, das Küchenpersonal spricht kein Wort englisch.

Sehr gefallen haben uns die Klimaanlagen (das ist tatsächlich auch das Wichtigste im Sommer) und die Duschen mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck und große Räumlichkeiten.

Cons:

Zwischen dem Marketing des Hotels und der Realität liegt einiges dazwischen.

Bei der Buchung bitte genauestens darauf achten, dass die richtigen Zimmer und Ausstattung gebucht wurden. Dieses vermeintlich schöne "geothermale Wellness-Hotel" versieht sehr vieles mit Extrakosten und Aufpreisen. Man hat das Gefühl künstlich limitiert / stark eingeschränkt zu werden.

Wenn Ihr ein normales Zimmer gebucht habt, werdet ihr lediglich Zugriff auf das dreckige, gesonderte Außenpool haben (wo drumherum auch vieles kaputt ist und was NICHT primär auf den Bildern vermarktet wird.)

Potenzialmente un paradiso, sia per la posizione che per la bellezza della struttura

Cons:

Poco personale (ma molto disponibile).
Bar chiuso causa barista in infortunio: INACCETTABILE.
Piscina completamente in abbandono (ho dovuto far presente che nel bagno mancava la carta igienica e che non veniva pulito da giorni).
