Pros:

Just the location was good

Cons:

It was dirty, lack of communication, the cooler doesn’t work, the property doesn’t let us in because they have the rule that they cant rent less than 31 days and we didn’t have access to get inside or use other things in the property

Poor communication with host and unsafe conditions.
Pros:

They let us stay in the room knowing that there was an active safety hazard. Because of their negligence I was injured during my stay. Also poor communication when I contacted the property and reported the incident. They did absolutely nothing to resolve or help the situation.

Cons:

The host rented the unit knowing that the fridge door was off the hinges and broken. They left a note saying not to touch it, and I didn’t but it still fell on me unexpectedly when I was standing in the kitchen. The door was very heavy and ended up injuring me. The host was contacted and nothing was done to resolve the issue.

No stay, but challenging interactions.
Cons:

The property cancelled my reservation (made well in advance); it took quite a while to get a reimbursement. After the cancellation, they seemingly maintained interest in my arrival date aso. I see I have to post a review nonetheless - now wtf should I write here? Perhaps this: not to be trusted, avoid booking.

Most definitely wouldn’t go back, it’s an apartment unit not an actual hotel.
Pros:

Really nice unit, perfect location, clean.

Cons:

This wasn’t a hotel, to get to the hotel was sketchy, definitely not sure if this is an official thing. upon departure we were told to do all the cleaning tasks, garbage, laundry, etc which we paid enough to stay the night you would think it wouldn’t be an issue.

Cons:

The pool,hot tub, and all the amenities were closed when we arrived and when we asked the people in the building, they informed us that they had been shut down for four weeks which the owner had never told us. They also didn’t tell us that we had to pay $120 fee to park there. very unprofessional and bad customer service
