AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!

This Hotel is in a good location and our room had a good view,

Cons:

This hotel is very poorly managed, The cheap furnishings in the room are damaged and falling apart. There is no fridge in the room. Despite wasting 30 minutes with the night porter trying to get a wifi connection the two usernames he got to connect dropped out and would not reconnect after a minute. We had dinner in their restaurant but left when a cat started eating the leftovers on the next table, the chickens pecked our feet, and the music was deafening on top of the service being slow and the food poor. The bed sheet had a hole in it. When we arrived none of the staff helped with our luggage, The included breakfast was very poor in quantity and quality. Some of their processes are frustrating. We stayed two nights and were issued a breakfast voucher for our first breakfast but had to go back the next day to get another voucher for our breakfast on the second morning. Weirdly, not one staff member ever smiled despite us smiling and saying hello in Indonesian. They played music below us in the beach restaurant until 11.30pm so we could not sleep. This is the worst value for money I have ever experienced in many months in Indonesia and me speaking Indonesian,
