La ubicación no es la más comoda. Los taxis son caros y dificiles de encontrar, por lo que si no rentas una moto, tienes que caminar colina arriba y con el calor es pesado.

I want a refund for my night at room #6 and cancel my reservation for tomorrow for room 6! This place is not as describe. I was locked out of my room due to improper maintenance of the place to say the least. Property manager didn't seem to care much about it and I had to break myself in the the bedroom to get my things out. After being relocate to a new room, it has pest unclean sheets and no soap or water provided. No basic in this place.

My experience at this hotel was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever had. The core issue isn't just the poor maintenance (my room lock failed, leaving me locked out with all my belongings inside), but the complete failure of management.

Despite numerous attempts, I could not reach anyone for help. When I finally did, I was told management was three hours away and couldn't assist. This left me stranded with no choice but to break into my own room to retrieve my things.

The next morning, after a miserable night in a room, management finally arrived and admitted they hadn't even bothered to read my messages. They refused to refund my two prepaid nights or cancel the second night, which I never even stayed in. The photos are incredibly deceptive. The place is in terrible disrepair, and it's clear from other reviews that this isn't a one-time issue. Do not be fooled; the money you save is not worth the risk of being left high and dry by the staf

Bathroom and toilet water didn’t work at check-in, it was fixed by around 1pm. Wi-Fi was extremely slow (about 100 kbps), there were scorpions and excessive ants in my room. While water was fixed by the end of the night, other problems were not addressed and management was unprofessional and dismissive to my concerns.

Scorpion dans le lit, tarantule dans le réfectoire et pas d'eau !!!! Aucune réception, aucun accueil, les clés étaient sur les portes. Nous avons croiser la propriété par hasard qui nous a souhaité un bon séjour et nous a explique rapidement les parties communes mais n'a pas précise le problème d'eau. Nous sommes revenus de la plage pleins de sables et en voulant prendre notre douche, pas d'eau ! Nous avons essayé de contacter les 2 numéros qu'ils nous avaient communiqué dont un qui est celui de la propriétaire et pas de réponse. Nous avons trouvé qqn en marchant sur la propriété qui nous dit qu'il n'y a pas d'eau depuis 1 semaine et que nous avions été prévenue. Encore mieux sois disant, il n'y a pas d'eau dans toute la ville selon elle. Mensonge et malhonnête. Nous sommes parti de l'hôtel et en avons trouvé un moins cher et beaucoup mieux dans la rue principale car la cerise sur le gâteau est l'accesibilite de l'hôtel.... Accrochez vous si vous voulez y aller mais je vous conseille de FUIR ce lieux !

No tiene aire acondicionado, y el calor de Mazunte se siente. Al baño le faltaba ventilación, quedaba humedad después de bañarse. Queda en una zona del pueblo que estaba en una subida bastante intensa, pero nada imposible de caminar, a tener en cuenta nada más.

Para llegar al lugar es una entrada muy angosta para autos y pues terracería, adicional de que está empinado, no tiene buen paso porque se derrapaba y muchas piedras. Es buen lugar si en verdad amas estar entre la naturaleza porque Salió una tarantula, alacranes y cucarachas, adicional a qué el inodoro sacaba un olor muy fétido.

Es muy difícil y tardado comunicarse con el personal del alojamiento. Por la página de booking y por WhatsApp tardaron mucho.

Parking was difficult- its up a steep unpaved hill and a but sketchy to drive on.
Waaaaaay to hot for august without aircon or a moving fan.
The fan was stuck on the one setting, only a standing fan, no ceiling fan. It was waaay too hot after 12pm and including in the night- the room didn’t cool down and it was difficult to sleep. I’m sure in another time of year (winter) its lovely
Also NO SOAP! Or water to drink.
