Pros:

The room was smell, food for breakfast were almost gone when we came down at 8 am and they did not fill up back . The workers are good.

Cons:

Location is good but other elements weren’t good .

Pros:

Location is easy to find despite of arriving at early dawn. We appreciate the special surprise provided to us as part of our post wedding anniversary. Thank you to Ms Elvy for arranging our day tour as well despite of unavailable tour guide and little miscommunication of the provided driver, she rest assured our safety as the main concern. We appreciate that a lot.
We will definitely come again and recommend this accommodation.

Cons:

The sloppy driveway needs to exert extra effort to go up and down, a form of exercise in a way.

The staff was very friendly and the view from the restaurant/bar area was incredible, when not foggy.

Cons:

We booked the standard room with balcony.
So, I don’t want to sound too presumptuous, but unfortunately we were not really happy with our room.
First of all, the room wasn’t really warm-luckily we had sunny day on second day so it helped.
The mattress of the bed it’s not existent- it could have been probably be same sleeping on the floor.
The bathroom was what they call a wet room- so it was a very nice pressure and shower overall but because of how it’s build it means that all the bathroom is constantly soaking wet after having a shower and that is not very comfortable.
In the room there were free coffee and tea, but no mugs or teaspoon, but there was an ashtray available 🤣
WiFi didn’t work very well.

Amazing accommodation in Sapa.
Pros:

The location was close to the Sapa station and has a very good view of the train.
We have a spacious room and bathroom. The room was always clean.
The staff were so friendly and easy to talk to.
The breakfast was very good!
