Pros:

Camera molto spaziosa, un ottima posizione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Si trova proprio a Wall street, molto frequentato e a pochi passi hai tutto ciò che serve, dalla metro, bar, pub, pizzerie. Che dire siamo stati 10giorni e ci siamo trovati molto molto bene

Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was an amazing experience! The location is absolutely perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the team for arranging a room with a balcony for us. We loved the bedroom's partial red-brick wall design, which beautifully showcases New York’s historic brick architecture.

The hotel is within walking distance to various attractions around Wall Street, and it’s less than a 12-minute walk to Battery Park to catch the ferry for the Statue of Liberty. Transportation is also extremely convenient. The nearest subway station is literally just 20 steps away from the hotel exit, and another station is only a 5-minute walk in the other direction.
The room amenities were great—it comes with a comfortable king size bed, a fridge, microwave, slippers, and toiletries, as well as a wall-mounted hairdryer. Daily housekeeping is provided, and they also offer free luggage storage if you arrive early.

The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, and Whole Foods is nearby. Right next door, there is a cafe/convenience store combo called "Cafe’ De Novo," which serves delicious and very reasonably priced breakfast. Highly recommended

There often seems to be only one receptionist handling both in-person and online inquiries at the same time, so please be patient when waiting to be served.

A budget hotel - don't expect much, but it's clean and the bed is comfortable - great location!
Pros:

The location was excellent, within walking distance from the 9/11 Memorial, PAC NYC, both the Statue of Liberty and Staten Island ferries, the Seaport, and the Financial District. The value for a two night weekend stay was very good, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The AC was nice and cool in the summer, and there was a tall mini fridge for drinks and snacks.

Cons:

The staff was less than enthusiastic, and didn't really offer to check us in when we arrived early; even though I wasn't actually expecting the room to be ready, it was odd they wouldn't take my info to text when the room was ready. They also say they store luggage, but it's in an unlocked hallway that anyone has access to and they don't use a tagging system, so that threw a wrench in our plans because I was unwilling to store my valuables. The place also has no soundproofing, so we could hear EVERYTHING outside and some adult activity next door.

Нам понравилось всё! Персонал был дружелюбный! Помогал нам, когда нам было что не понятно, сотрудник отеля ходил снами по району, чтобы нам помочь купить проездной на метро. Убирали в номере и меняли полотенца каждый день. В номере был отпариватель для одежды, мы им пользовались. Все электроприборы работали хорошо. Вода горячая и холодная без перебоев и всегда. Постельное бельё очень хорошее и подушки супер. Кровать большая. Если кому шумно берите в поездку беруши. Мы всегда в поездках пользуемся берушами. Ночью спишь и высыпается,советуем! Мы благодарны отелю! Цена и проживание соответствует. Метро, кафе, продуктовые магазины всё рядом. 👍🤝

Do not come here if you want to dread coming home at night after tiring day exploring NYC

it was terrible and looked so dirty the floors were all concrete and the air conditioner was blasting. We had a window that had a view of some garage with some random messy hotel supplies that we can’t access to because it’s messy and unwalkable. The shower walls don’t look like they’ve been deep cleaned just the overall atmosphere was so gross we decided we had to switch hotels on the 2nd day even though we already paid for the rest of the week and couldn’t get a refund/cancel. The next hotel was so much better and we realised the massive difference and how low effort Tribeca fidi hotel was. It’s a shame/absurd they use the word Tribeca when it’s nothing like the most affluent NYC suburb they don’t deserve to call it that at all. Will never stay there again. It’s so bad that I just dreaded coming back to the hotel after exploring and walking so much around NYC.

便利なホテルです。
Pros:

非常に便利な場所にある。3.11メモリアルパークのすぐ近くで、地下鉄もいろんな路線があり、ジャマイカから一本で来れる。レストランも沢山あり、デパートやスーパーもある。

Cons:

見つけにくい点。慣れれば平気です。

Posizione perfetta, stanza grande e con tutto quel che serviva, personale disponibile.

Cons:

La stanza non è mai stata rifatta/pulita in 9 giorni di permanenza, ma non abbiamo capito se avremmo dovuto specificarlo o richiederlo esplicitamente.

Bella vacanza a NY
Pros:

Ottima posizione, quartiere tranquillo. Metro a 2 passi dall'hotel, molti negozi per mangiare e supermercati.
Camera spaziosa, molto utili il frigo e il microonde

Cons:

La stanza non viene mai pulita, c'è solo il cambio degli asciugamani e svuotano la spazzatura. Il letto non viene rifatto, nella nostra camera c'era solo una sedia a dondolo nonostante la presenza di un tavolo che dovrebbe servire per mangiare comodamente, il tavolo non viene mai pulito, gli oggetti poggiati sopra rimangono incollati quindi non viene eseguita una pulizia minima nemmeno nel cambio di cliente.
Letto davvero alto e scomodo per salire per eventuali persone con disabilità o anziane, camera in discesa (tale inclinazione è evidente e si nota molto anche sdraiati a letto)
