un vero e proprio disastro

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato sporco a terra; il pavimento è in cemento; le mura alle spalle del letto sono in mattoncini grezzi e sono presenti fori grandi quanto una moneta e profondi dai quali possono uscire insetti; non fanno il letto e non cambiano le lenzuola; il pavimento è fortemente inclinato e si rischia di cadere dal letto; abbiamo trovato un materasso di altezza enorme e scomodissimo; pulizia zero; la carta per aprire la porta è andata in blocco per tre volte; puliscono con molta superficialità il bagno e non sempre cambiano gli asciugamani. EVITATE QUESTA STRUTTURA!!!!

Lower price for very basic accommodation in an excellent location for visitors
Pros:

Excellent location. Most of the staff were helpful. We were allowed to stay later than 11 because they couldn’t move us to another room. There is a microwave and kettle (but no crockery) and fridge. Large room

This is very basic accommodation so the concrete floor and thin walls mean it is very noisy.

Agradável e descomplicada.
Pros:

Gostei mt do espaço, parece um studio, com cozinha e geladeira, armário pra colocar as malas e uma varandinha. Vi comentários sobre o espaço e confesso que esperava que fosse minusculo e não foi isso que encontrei, ótimo, ao lado do metrô e perto de alguns passeios como manumento do 11 de setembro, touro de ouro e parque da estátua da liberdade. A cama é bem gostosa.

Cons:

O serviço de quarto era dia sim dia não, quando fomos estava frio e o chuveiro não era potente era pouca água, se puderem melhorar o chuveiro pra ser uma ducha, seria melhor a experiência.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

I loved my stay here!

Its great value for money considering the rates are similar to hotels in the edge of queens but its located in the heard of the downtown financial district. Room was cozy, but super clean, and had a kitchenette and balcony too. Friendly staff at the front desk and there is a vending machine in the lobby too.

Great proximity to subway stations and bus stops and walking distance frkm the Westfield mall. There is even a 7-Eleven like a 100 feet away.

I wanted a relatively cheap but decent hotel and it turned out better than I expected so would recommend it for sure!

Inconsistent when it comes to cleanliness, but a hidden gem regardless
Pros:

Location and convenience. I rave about this place to my friends and family but this visit seemed off. I’ve also extended stays because I love the hotel so much. The subway is less than 60 feet away

Cons:

It felt like the staff just cleaned the bed and nothing else. Food was left in the fridge. Hair was on the bathroom sink and the toilet looked like someone just flushed. The bedside draw was sticky and the floor was dirty. The toilet seat and the bathroom sink were coming off of the wall. Extremely uncomfortable. I also called ahead to ask if I can add a name to my reservation. Someone said they would call back in 10mins and never called. So when I seen the room I immediately asked for a new one. I was told there were no more rooms with a balcony and someone would come to clean out the fridge. Someone comes, but he just took the food out of the fridge and drinks out of the freezer. Didn’t wipe anything down just left like he was doing me a favor. Normally everything is perfect.

Not offered. Zero hospitality at this hotel.

Cons:

The room curtain is inadequate. Noisy A/C - dripped. The room lights over the bed area are harsh with no dimmer. One light is out over the closet area. Polished cement floor a bit sticky, bathroom nice, but dust/dirt on tile trim and outlet tops. Often overlooked areas. No drinking cups. Disposable would have been fine. The bed was very comfortable.
