Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

Muy amplio el apartamento, muy cómoda la cama. Muy buena la atención del staff. La ubicación cerca de varias líneas de subte es buenisima, nos permitió movernos de un lugar a otro con facilidad

Incorporaría algo más de vajilla.

Bon prix mais mauvaise expérience client et relationnel

L’espace dans la chambre

Cons:

La personne de l’accueil qui a refuser systématiquement chaque service demande : garder nos bagages quelques heures pendant notre balade à New York avant notre départ. Aucune compréhension pour la clientèle

Si pusieran más de su parte, podría ser mucho mejor hotel.
Pros:

Buena ubicación.

Cuando tienes un problema en tu habitación te lo solucionan rápidamente.

El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente.

Cons:

El balcón daba vergüenza, había plumas de pájaros pegados al suelo.

Los trabajadores no eran bordes como tal, pero creo que en un hotel se agradece que te reciban saludando y con una mínima sonrisa, a veces ni te miraban a los ojos.

No nos hicieron la cama ni un día hasta que lo dijimos. Y no disponíamos de ningún cartel de los que se ponen en la puerta de "No molestar" o "Limpiar la habitación", ni yo ni la gran mayoría de mis vecinos.

It was good enough for what we needed it for. Though skeptical about the cleanliness, it was quiet and temp controlled.
Pros:

It was conveniently located in the city. Close to all trains and places to eat. The ac worked wonderfully and there was a shared balcony with a lame view, but you could smoke.

Cons:

The bathroom smelt bad. The bed was not that comfortable. The sink in the kitchenette was dirty with dried leftovers from the last stay.
