An absolute must stay! Go slow! 🧘‍♀️
Pros:

We absolutely loved our time at The Balangan Hotel. Stunning interiors. Awesome stone bath. Great service and staff. Amazing 2 hr massage/mask/scrub. Great food. We will be back .

Cons:

Nothing!
Loved it all.

Areas of rock walls will need high pressure hose cleaning to keep it looking amazing as darker areas setting in a few areas.

Deeply relaxing and luxurious 10/10
Pros:

The staff, the food and the overall feel of the place were all a solid 10 out of 10. I felt so relaxed and happy during the week I stayed here that I genuinely didn’t want to leave. I’m still dreaming about the tuna tacos.
The team were incredibly warm and friendly and made me feel really welcome as a solo traveller. They even surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a lovely touch. the pool is such a lovely area also.

I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable place to stay.
Pros:

After a difficult start to our trip (our initial accommodation was not usable due to bad conditions), staying at the Balangan Hotel was such a relief. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well cared for. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax straight away.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel genuinely looked after. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and it was clear that attention is given to keeping everything in great condition.

We especially appreciated how quiet and comfortable the hotel was, and it ended up saving our trip. At the time there was construction on the building behind us and even that was barely heard from within our room (soundproofing was great) and the hotel was firm with advising the works to only be between 10-5 to reduce the impact on guests. It was exactly what we were hoping for and we would happily stay here again.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable place to stay.

Beautiful place with very elegant decor and a really lovely pool and amazing staff. Gorgeous rooms with perfect pillows and very very comfortable beds. Lots of excellent amenities like usb sockets and hairdryers and cold filtered water and a mini bar. Also lovely restaurant with good wine and food and a great breakfast

Cons:

The local area is a bit polluted and the walk to the beach is not pleasant

Loved our stay, we will be back!
Pros:

Beautiful, just like the photos. Staff were so helpful, lovely and attentive. The massages we had at the spa were so relaxing. Food in the restaurant was great and loved the breakfast options included in our stay.

Cons:

It is a little further out of the main hub, so you do require a scooter or gojeck to get around a bit more (we enjoyed this, but it might not be suitable for everyone).

The hotel was nice and clean, pleasant enough people

Cons:

I extended my stay, and then checked out early, so I asked them for a refund, and they couldn't offer me the refund even though the accommodation is popular with guests. I don't like people or companies that are money orientated. Obviously a European run business, because they're very greedy for money.

Because of the mentality, I will NOT be staying at this hotel EVER again, and will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
