Pros:

The small staff were friendly, gracious and helpful at every turn. From the warm welcome, and indeed every time we entered, we were greeted and made to feel part of this boutique family. The free afternoon ice cream and on occasion delicious baked cheesecake were the proverbial icing on the cake ... having our car cleared of snow each morning far more than we would have considered a requirement.

The breakfast was Japanese style, and enjoyable. Being westerners, and suffering a little from the change in diet, we politely, requested a small change to toast, croissant and coffee. This request was met without hesitation, something we were very grateful for.

Cons:

Our double bed had only a king single sized duvet on it. However, the room was beautifully warm, even in very cold temperatures, and it wasn't a problem at all

Accueil, chaleur humaine, confort, un grand merci à vous tous
Pros:

La gentillesse du propriétaire, la disponibilité du personnel. Gros point fort là dessus, nous nous sommes vraiment senti bien accueilli. Le petit déjeuner était parfait pour bien commencer la journée et le dîner également sur les 2 jours où nous l’avons fait ! C’était très bon avec de belles quantités. Le onsen même s’il n’est pas dans l’hôtel est un vrai plus. Pour un hôtel 2 étoiles, tout est vraiment top il n’y a rien à redire. La chambre était grande, confortable et propre.
Très proche du Blue Pond et à quelques mètres de la cascade. Nous allions skier à Furano, c’est à une heure de route mais franchement aucun regret c’est largement faisable et tous les points forts de l’hôtel ainsi que son prix ont largement compensé l’heure de route.

Cons:

Rien mise à part la clim (réversible) qui faisait un peu de bruit pendant la nuit parfois mais c’est vraiment du détail à ce niveau là et vraiment pas gênant du tout par rapport à d’autres hôtels que nous avons pu faire

일단 직원분들은 정말 친절합니다.
호텔 자체는 그냥 엔틱한 분위기에 무난무난한 정도.

Cons:

온천이 다른 건물에 있어요. 태워다주지만 이동의 번거움이 있고, 온천 관리가 잘 안되어. 있는것 같습니다. 저녁 7시경에 혼자 온천했는데 view도 별로고. 특히 노천탕 바닥에 뭔가 찌거기가 있어요. 정말 뭔지는 모르겠는데. 기분이 안좋았음..
물위에는 부유물이 떠다니고. 온천관리는 진짜 안되어 있는것 같아요.
그리고 흰수염 폭포 가는길에 트럭에서 파는 음식(특히 닭꼬치) 먹지마세요.
장염 걸러서 나머지 3일동안 약먹고 호텔에 누워있어요.길거리 음식 절대 먹지마세요.

宿泊費がリーズナブルなので食事をしないのであればスタッフの対応が良いのでお勧めです。

オーナーの方がとても感じが良くフレンドリーなので心地良い雰囲気でした。

Cons:

夕食はジンギスカン一択で海外の方には喜ばれるとの事でしたが、北海道に住む我々としては日常で食べているのでガッカリでした。
朝食も特に美味しい物はありませんでした。温泉も別棟でサウナも無いと聞いたので向かいのホテルに入りに行きました。

宿泊して不愉快に感じることがなく満足感を得ることができる
Pros:

今回は、北海道20日間の長期旅行で次の点から一番気に入ったホテルのひとっだった。
①事前に当方の要望（夕食は日本食で飲むのにふさわしい料理を要望）を取り入れていただけるなど満足した。
②小さなホテルだったがスタッフ（親子2名）の対応が極めてよくお勧めしたい宿泊施設です。
③金額も比較的安く静かに過ごすことができた。

Onsen getaway with the most hospitable host
Pros:

We didnt book breakfast and dinner since we wanted to decide what to eat at the location. However, dining options are strongly limited there for walk in customers especially during winter. The host was really helpful and supportive, we could solve the issue! This hospitability was unique even in Japan.
The onsen is exceptional. The water feels cozy and strong, highly recommended.
