Geen fijn hotel.
Pros:

Koud en fris zwembad, wel geen zon.

Cons:

Elektriciteit dat uitviel - mieren in bed - zelf vragen om wc papier - lakens zelf moeten uitwassen omdat er volgens hen een vlek op zat, na handwas perfect proper!

Mooie prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Het hotel ligt in een authentieke buurt in Bangkok. Dat is even wennen bij aankomst, maar het is eigenlijk heel leuk. In de nabijheid zijn er veel restaurantjes. Met een Grab is alles makkelijk bereikbaar.

Buena ubicación pero el personal poco atento, estaba bastante limpio, faltaban utensilios en la habitación eramos tres y solo habian cosas para dos, en cambio al irte lo revisan todo todo, ni que falte una cuchara!

Ruhige Oase in Nähe Khao San Road
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel, riesiges Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf den Tempel nebenan. Alles sehr modern, sauber und komfortabel, sehr bequemes Bett, schönes Bad, sogar Fernseher mit Netflix. Der Pool ist toll zum Abkühlen nachdem man den ganzen Tag in der Stadt war, es gibt eine Außendusche und extra Poolhandtücher. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, habe den Flughafentransfer über das Hotel gebucht, das hat super funktioniert. Lage ist perfekt, wenn man in der Altstadt sein will, aber etwas abseits der Khao San Road mit ihrem Trubel und Lärm. Man ist trotzdem zu Fuß in 10 Minuten dort. Grab hat hier auch super funktioniert und man ist in 20 Minuten z.B. in Chinatown.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte gerne mehr vegetarische Optionen haben.

Pros:

Wir waren jetzt 3x im PeaceLand, das erste Mal 2019. Der Standart hat etwas abgenommen (es gibt keine Begrüßungsdrink mehr, das Frühstücksbuffet ist kleiner), aber es ist immer noch ein gutes Hotel und das Personal ist wirklich aufmerksam und freundlich. Die begrünte Lobby gefällt mir sehr gut, es gibt einen sauberen Pool (leider mit sehr wenigen Liegen) und eine Gepäckaufbewahrung, sodass man bei An- & Abreise die Stadt weiter entspannt entdecken kann.
Die öffentliche Anbindung ist nicht ideal, aber durch Grab kommt man schnell überall hin und das Essensangebot in der Umgebung ist super + KhaoSan Road/Bootspier/Muay Thai Stadion etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar!
Mein Tipp: Am besten eines der größeren Zimmer buchen, die sind deutlich schöner. Für 3 Personen gab es diesmal leider nur das 3-Bett-Zimmer. Wir konnten aber in allen Zimmern bisher ruhig schlafen und würden wohl wiederkommen.
