Poor, unsatisfactory.

Almost nothing

Cons:

The property contacted one of our group member a few hours ago our arrival and offered to change the hotel. The travel was planned for 10 people and because hotel asked 2 of them to change we agreed for equivalent staying arrangement. Unfortunately the place we were moved was totally below than described and expected. The hotel employee told us it is just 5 mins away from center however it was 30 mins on foot. And one of our friend has disability. He is using crutch so it was really terrible experinece that hotel made us to face.
Beside the breakfast was not satisfied at all, we could hardly find something in normal taste. And the restaurant was almost in the street where people passing actively.
Also the hotel is noted as 4 star in booking. And we paid accordingly. But the hotel we were offered was 3 star and we relized it once we were taken to the hotel. While we were asking to hotel staff on this regard, they told it doesn’t matter, both of the hotels are on the same level. Considering this it seems we can generalize the experince for this stay.
