Pros:

The place is reasonable and near to Hanoi center mall and lots of places to visit. The area is also quiet place to stay and relaxing. I would like to stay here once again whenever I will visit Hanoi Vietnam.

Great location, clean, humble staff but compct room.
Pros:

The staff were really humble specially the receptionist. Also location is really great maximum attraction can be done by walking. Cleanliness was absolutely great. Rooms were comfortable to sleep.

Cons:

The room layout, toilet was really extremely compact and clumsy. Also there was no partition between bedroom and toilet. The partition was separated by curtain which was awkward if there are two people. No much veg option in breakfast except fruits.

Modern, good value hotel
Pros:

Very nice and helpful front desk staff. The staff members, a women and a man, helped us with a transportation issue that was caused by the online booking agency, tracked down local provider and spoke to them for us to resolve. Then, they provided us accurate instructions on what to do, and sent me a message from their private cell to my WhatsApp just in case I encountered issues after. Very helpful, efficient and professional! I would stay here just knowing that the front desk staff are true hospitality providers.

Cons:

I think the housekeeper forgot to clean the bathroom as trash was not emptied and facilities looked used but after notifying them quick took charge and cleaned and (unnecessarily) profusely apologized. This was not a big deal and would not prevent me from booking again.
