The Ranch

Очень уютный аутентичный домик только для нас двоих! Когда мы были, за окном была метель и -3*С. Нам заранее включили дополнительный обогреватель! Это было очень приятно!
Персонал был очень приветлив и заботлив к нам! Нас угощали домашней кухней и завтрак был разнообразен, вкусен и очень сытный!

Hezké ubytování a velice příjemní lidé, přijeli jsme na konci dne s koncem provozu restaurace, ale jeste nam připravili veceri.

I really loved The Ranch! The room is actually a cozy little house, very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfy. Excellent bathroom as well, with good water pressure from the shower. All the staff were so nice, always greeting you with a smile. Even if they don’t speak english, you will manage just fine with them. The manager though does speak perfect english and you can reach her on the phone through her staff if you need any help and she will be on site as well throughout the day.
They serve a fresh and delicious breakfast every morning and good and tasty dinners as well. The location is nice but only if you have a car to move around as it’s a bit distant from the town or nearest stores. There are animals in the property (a dog, some rabbits and some chickens as well). Keep that in mind as some of them might interrupt your sleep at night / early morning but nothing serious, it’s “a ranch” anyway so that is totally expected.

Everything is absolutely perfect; we spent four days here and I could have stayed longer. The location is perfect for me, outside the city, yet nestled among the region's biggest attractions. The cottages are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. Breakfasts are hearty, made with fresh, local produce. The staff are very attentive and kind. My best experience in Armenia, and I highly recommend it.

Habitación nueva con buenas vistas y muy bien situado de camino a Wings of Tatev. El desayuno fue muy completo y eran muy amables.

Great stuff, excellent value for money. We ate in the restaurant too and it was very good.

The ranch was very beautiful and the service was exceptionally amazing. Would definitely and 100% recommend.

This is what Armenian hospitality is all about! Our whole family was delighted. Friendly and welcoming hosts, spotless cleanliness (crisp white linens and towels), simple but very tasty breakfasts. We highly recommend trying the lunches and dinners—especially the kebabs, the best in the area. And the music in the restaurant is great, too.

We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
