Important information:

Please note that the shuttle service is available from Venice Marco Polo Airport from 9:00 until 20:30,on request and subject to availability. Due to the limited number of seats available it must be reserved in advance.

The wellness area includes steam room, sauna and mood showers. Open daily from 5 PM to 10 PM. A €10 admission fee per person applies.

If you plan to arrive to Venice by car, you can park at Venice Marco Polo Airport and book the private shuttle service.

When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. Otherwise payment will be requested by another means, and the original card used for the booking will be re-credited.

If the name on the credit card used for the booking does not correspond to the guest staying at the property, a third-party authorization by the cardholder must be submitted at the property.

Good Stay
Pros:

We have stayed here on a few previous occasions and prefer its quiet atmosphere in the evenings compared to the main island of Venice. The location is right by a vaporetto stop and the hotel restaurant is quite good, with several other places to eat nearby.

Cons:

There is a septic smell in the 2nd floor hallway, which we have noticed in other European cities. Fortunately, it doesn’t permeate the rooms.
The only real disappointment is that there is now a charge for transportation to/from airport. Had we known no differently, we wouldn’t have been disappointed, but since we last visited, this was a change along with a substantial increase in room rate.

Pros:

Super comfortable bed, nice hot shower, beautiful room design, friendly staffs. Super friendly staff(didn't get her name, middle age lady with short hair) at the breakfast buffet! She made our stay even better. It was a nice decision to book the hotel in Murano instead of venezia main land. The boats come and go very often.

The shower head had leakage so we told front office staff, didn't get fixed.

Décevant…au regard du standing que la chaîne Hyatt met en avant.

Nous avons appris en souhaitant réserver le spa lors de notre arrivée que l’espace wellness était indisponible pour toute la durée de notre séjour alors que nous avions réservé cet établissement pour cette raison.aucun geste commercial n’a d’ailleurs été proposé.Nous avions par ailleurs réservé une suite située au 3 ieme étage et une odeur d’égouts dans le couloir était présente pendant toute la duree de notre séjour. Enfin, une assiette d’aliments non débarrassée par le service d’étage a été laissée dans le couloir pendant plusieurs jours ….

I confirmed that it was my girlfriends birthday and I asked for recommendations for a surprise for her but no one made an effort to help.
Also disappointed that although you say that you have a shuttle service, I asked for it and it was not available

Schönes Gebäude, nette Zimmer, doch Hyatt Centric Murano kann bestimmt noch besser...
Pros:

Das Team im Frühstücksbereich war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und angenehm. Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich, mit frischem Obst, grosse Auswahl an Brot etc, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Die Anlegestelle der Vaporetti direkt vor dem Hotel ist ein absolutes Plus.

Cons:

Der Blick aus dem Zimmer ähnelte einer Baustellen, mit aufgestapelten Steinplatten (antik!), Betonteilen, Metallrohre und allerlei Holzpaletten. Nicht der schönste Anblick, wenn man italienisches Flair erwartet. Reserviert war seit Monaten im Voraus ein 2 Bett Zimmer, auch das war nicht der Fall, trotz Nachfrage während des Check-in. Nach Rücksprache wurde das Herrichten im Schnellverfahren erledigt, herunterhängende Laken, klumpige Daunendecken, die wohl schon einige Jahre im Umlauf waren. Ein Zimmerwechsel war für den nächsten Tag vereinbart, am Folgetag war das Team der Rezeption nicht informiert worden. Es bleibt der Eindruck, die Kommunikation innerhalb der Mitarbeiter funktioniert nicht gut.
Die Bar war trotz Informationstafel nicht besetzt, ein Drink ausserhalb des Restaurant nicht möglich, der Spa Bereich nicht geöffnet. Alles Dinge die angepriesen werden, doch nicht funktionieren.
Abends dudelte die Musik bis in die späten Stunden im äusseren Eingangsbereich. Wir, die ein Zimmer in diese Richtung hin hatten, mussten die Fenster schliessen.
