Important information:

Please note that the shuttle service is available from Venice Marco Polo Airport from 9:00 until 20:30,on request and subject to availability. Due to the limited number of seats available it must be reserved in advance.

The wellness area includes steam room, sauna and mood showers. Open daily from 5 PM to 10 PM. A €10 admission fee per person applies.

If you plan to arrive to Venice by car, you can park at Venice Marco Polo Airport and book the private shuttle service.

When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. Otherwise payment will be requested by another means, and the original card used for the booking will be re-credited.

If the name on the credit card used for the booking does not correspond to the guest staying at the property, a third-party authorization by the cardholder must be submitted at the property.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 25 per night applies. Only dogs under 25 kg are allowed, and a maximum of 2 per room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pleasant and memorable

I love the murano Hyatt centric
Pros:

Vom Frühstück bis Abendessen vom Check in bis Check out eine einzigartige Erfahrung sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und das hotel ist wirklich ein Juwel ich bin bald wieder da, bessere Matratzen (nicht comfortabel)könnte die Hyatt centric Gruppe generell haben, die Bar am hotel mit außen Plätzen ist wundervoll leider ist die Verbindung zum lido und san marco nicht sehr einfach dafür ist der Shuttle service zum Flughafen einer der Gründe für das erneute wählen des Hotels beim nächsten Aufenthalt

Betten sind nicht der gesamten Ausstattung würdig

Pros:

Otel güzeldi, kaliteli ve konforluydu. Temizliği çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Konumu Murano merkezinde ancak Muranoda yapılacak pek bir şey yok, öğle yemeği alternatifi neredeyse yok. Saat 16:00 dan sonra çoğu restorant kapalı. Akşam yemeğinden sonra bir yerde oturmak isteseniz mekan yok. Sokaklar çok ıssız. Çift ve aile ise konum olarak iyi ancak kız kıza tatil düşünülüyorsa sokaklarda evsizler var. Otelin barı da erken kapanıyor. Saat 20:00 sonrası odaya dönmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Otel çok güzeldi ancak bir daha Murano’da kalmayı tercih etmem

A peaceful, beautiful hotel with exceptionally attentive staff
Pros:

Excellent place to stay away from the bustle of Venice. The facilities are beautiful and the staff were consistently attentive and welcoming. As a solo traveller, I felt very well looked after. On arrival I was even given a complimentary room upgrade. The team were also very helpful with advice on what to see and the best ways to get around.

The location was fantastic and it was easy to get to and from Venice,
