Important information:

Please note that the shuttle service is available from Venice Marco Polo Airport from 9:00 until 20:30,on request and subject to availability. Due to the limited number of seats available it must be reserved in advance.

The wellness area includes steam room, sauna and mood showers. Open daily from 5 PM to 10 PM. A €10 admission fee per person applies.

If you plan to arrive to Venice by car, you can park at Venice Marco Polo Airport and book the private shuttle service.

When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. Otherwise payment will be requested by another means, and the original card used for the booking will be re-credited.

If the name on the credit card used for the booking does not correspond to the guest staying at the property, a third-party authorization by the cardholder must be submitted at the property.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 25 per night applies. Très bel hôtel même si un peu cher
Pros:

Très bel hôtel sur l’île de Murano, chambre confortable, restaurant en terrasse près de l’eau et excellente cuisine et cocktails. Salle de sport moderne même si peu d’équipements.

Cons:

Le prix était assez exorbitant pour la qualité des chambres. J’avais vue sur la façade de l’hôtel donc un mur qui n’était pas entretenu avec beaucoup de toiles d’araignées. Petit-déjeuner non inclus et le spa n’était pas disponible, en maintenance lors de mon séjour. Le monsieur à la réception était un peu hautain.

Pros:

Posizione a Murano molto comoda. Camera carina, idem bagno

Cons:

Poca chiarezza nel proporre la colazione se non inclusa. Inoltre attendo di essere rimborsata di 100 euro prelevati( per eventuali costi) e ancora non restituiti. Non mi è mai successo in altre strutture simili

Der Aufenthalt war passabel.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit aufmerksamen und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang und das Housekeeping sollte engagierter auf Gästewünsche eingehen da hat es noch Luft nach oben. Das Hotel ist nicht auf 5*Sterne Niveau und deshalb zu teuer.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und in Ordnung.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Das einchecken und aus checken waren eine Totalkatastrophe!!! Beim Einchecken wurden erst falsche Zimmer zugewiesen obwohl wir nachweislich 3 Einzelzimmer gebucht hatten.
Es wurden 5 Taxen zum Flughafen gerufen und keines kam. Wir hätten beinahe unseren Flieger verpasst.

A wonderful stay for our honeymoon
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for our short honeymoon and loved it. Beautiful hotel on the island of Murano. Overlooking the main canal, the view was beautiful especially after dark. We received a lovely warm welcome on arrival and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We arranged a return to the airport via the hotels taxi service. A small charge of €22 per person and so worth it. A great way to arrive to an airport via boat.
There was a restaurant and bar at the front of the hotel Rivalonga where we had a lovely meal and good drinks. The staff here were also fab, made us feel welcome and made us laugh a lot.
Hotel room was large and spacious. Clean with plenty of storage. Bed was comfortable and shower was great.

Cons:

Nothing…. It was perfect.

A magical state.
Pros:

This hotel is fantastic. It's located perfectly with the water taxi right in front of the hotel. The best of glass blowing demonstrations is just a couple minutes walk over the bridge. There are wonderful restaurants located within walking distance across from a historic church. The scenery is magical. Rooms are clean, updated, and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional. The staff was helpful and kind The only thing that would make it better if the spa was available. Th

Cons:

The spa is not in working order. Don't go to the glass blowing demonstration in the front of the island. The Hyatt says to use their name to get in and wave the charges. They don't wave the entrance fee.
