Excelente!
Pros:

O pequeno almoço é simples, mas é bom. Tem fruta, ovos, sumos, pão, fiambre, queijo, leite e café.

Cons:

O cheiro a esgotos do lado de fora do hotel, é muito mau. No entanto, quando entramos até nos esquecemos deste pormenor. O hotel é limpo, com uma decoração fantástica e funcionários muito prestáveis.

Very short but pleasant stay.
Pros:

Art House arranged a Yango taxi for me (about 20000).
They accommodated my request for early check-in.
The place is very well located on Ilha do Cabo, about a 15 minute walk from good bars and restaurants.
I did no stay overnight as I was connecting, but I got a few hours sleep during the day without noticeable noise outside.
The decor is quite artful, which has an appeal.
Room overlooked the sea. Not a spectacular view, but still nice to be so close to the sea.
The staff (in particular Manuel) were very friendly and helpful, including arranging local Yango taxis.
Price was fair compared to so many hyper-inflated hotels in Luanda taking advantage of the oil and gas industry boom.

Cons:

It is so far from the airport (not the hotel's fault of course, just weird planning by the government). It takes an hour in each direction to the new airport with no traffic. Make sure you arrange your Yango in advance, or else you will be in a sweat trying to make your flight. It took 30 minutes for the taxi to turn up.

Great Beach Views! Great Art!
Pros:

Great View of the Beach from my room! And LOVED all the art on the doors and walls! It's very quiet and relaxing and was nice to sit in the little bay window in my room, feeling the see breeze and listening to the local's music, singing and laughter coming from the beach!

Cons:

Breakfast was a little underwhelming (choices of eggs was promised at check-in but then no one appeared to make the offer at breakfast time, and other choices were quite limited) ... I was also a bit disappointed to learn on arrival that the rooftop bar was out of action due to maintenance.

Cons:

Localização, o hotel localiza-se em volta de uma área não muito boa. Logo ao lado do hotel, encontra-se um esgoto a céu aberto. A área que seria com vista para o mar, não é possível para banho pois existem muitas pessoas que moram na orla, pessoas em estado de vulnerabilidade. O café da manhã não era bom, apenas pão e fruta. Pagamento apenas vida e cash, não aceitam Mastercard. Pesquisem muito bem antes de locar uma hospedagem, Luanda ainda é um local complexo para turismo.

Pros:

o atendimento e o staff era muito bom. os quartos e o alojamento não tinha mosquitos, todos os corredores tinham ambientadores anti-mosquitos.bem localizado e muito tranquilo.

Overall, our stay was good.
Pros:

The room was spacious, with a fridge and a TV, and it was clean. Loved the art all over the hotel, it gives the hotel a unique and artsy feel. The staff was also very friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons:

The bed was ROCK hard and the rooftop was dirty, seemingly hadn't been cleaned in long. The outside of the hotel is very busy, so it was very loud almost throughout the day, especially because we stayed from 30 Dec-3 Jan. It was also quite smelly outside outside the hotel (take face masks with you) and the beach was not clean, we went to Cafe Del Mar for a cleaner beach.
