It was very clean
When I signed up with Booking.com, they said there might be a fee, but they never mentioned the fee when I checked out they charged me $100 for a dog fee which it was a small clean dog and never did anything bad in the room but they charged us $100 and I think that was very unfair. I’m going to call my credit card company and I’m going to give him some bad reviews on Yelp. They deserve it The person at the desk was kind of harsh and upfront about it, and it seemed like all they cared was making more money. I overpaid for the room anyways.
Everything except the price
The price
This property could not find my reservation. I spoke with 5 different people and tried to cancel but they were unable to find me. Your parent company, Marriott, was unable to find me. MAGICALLY on Monday the 10th, after I was charged, they found my name was misspelled AND told me I was not able to cancel because it needed to be 48 hours in advance,
The floor and rooms smell d if paint. I wish I had known about the remodeling before I booked my room
I liked: The facility, the staff, the services, the comfort and the location of the hotel/ Even the breakfast was excellent!
The room had 3 flat TVs (1 per bedroom and 1 in front of the bed sofa) and the TV at one of the bedrooms was broken. The screen was hit at the right bottom corner.

Clean property! Clean room friendly staff! front desk checked me in and out with no problem. Informed me of times of breakfast and amenities of facility. It was perfect
The rooms need more mirrors. Only one mirror in the bathroom. trying to get ready with multiple guest requires more mirrors.
Staff, cleanliness. Food great.
The elevator on our side was down the whole visit. We had to do more walking, as we were at the very last room on the opposite end. Wouldn't be so bad, but suffer from back issues.
This hotel is well equipped. The parking area was lit up all night. It's said that no theft or robbery has been reported before. We felt safe to park the car there for the night. Moreover, the front desk staff was also quite kind and helpful.
Location was convenient
The facility was being renovated. They should tell you before you book that you will have to go to a neighboring hotel for breakfast and that there is construction. Or they should discount the rooms. Also my room faced the street and was noisey.
