A good option in KL city center!
Pros:

Fair Price, Good location, Excellent View!

Cons:

Everything was great! My only comment is that the reception area can get a bit chaotic with so many people around. I also would have preferred more flexibility with payment, such as using a credit card instead of cash, though I realize it was my mistake for missing that in the terms on Booking.com.

Pros:

Bardzo efektownie urządzony pokój. W pokoju było wszystko czego potrzeba, jednak talerzy nie było. Basen krawędziowy z ciepłą wodą i super widokiem. Bardzo przydatny sklepik na parterze hotelu.

Cons:

Osoby obsługujące recepcję działają każda wg własnych zasad. Po przybyciu i uregulowaniu kaucji za pokój zostaliśmy poinformowani, że opłatę mamy uiścić w dniu wyjazdu. Następnego dnia zaczęto co godzinę wydzwaniać i pisać żeby zapłacić za pokój, a pani na recepcji stwierdziła, że to nie ona nas tak poinformowała i ona chce kasę, a tamtą osobą to był właściciel. No nie sądzę, a tamtą pani była podobna. Niestety przy takiej formie ubioru pracownic przeciętny europejczyk nie jest w stanie je rozpoznać, a i nie interesują go zasady rozliczenia hotelu. Pani zamiast wytłumaczyć zaczęła być nie miła i nie słuchała wyjaśnień. W rezultacie wszystko się zgadzało, ale okazuje się, że jednego dnia dajemy pieniądze komu innemu, następnego innej osobie i nie wiemy czy kolejna osoba też nie zechce, bo powie, że poprzednie ustalenia jej nie interesują. System opłat powinien być oczywisty, szczególnie, że realizowany jest tylko gotówkowo.

Pros:

Perfect location in between of Chinatown, petronas towers and bukit bintang. Great Pool. Clean. Overall best bang for the buck hotel in KL.

Cons:

During certain times of the day the lifts can be crowded and you maybe need to wait a few mins. No big complaints tho.

Pros:

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Infinitypool und die Dachterrasse mit deren Aussicht. Auch die kleinen grünen Oasen in verschiedenen Stockwerken waren sehr süß. In unserem Zimmer hatten wir eine Fensterbank, auf die man sich setzen und den Blick über die Stadt genießen konnte.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen offiziellen Träger, sondern einzelne hosts. Diese sind nicht vor Ort, sondern nur über Nummern zu erreichen.
Möchte mein sein Gepäck aufbewahren, muss man 5 RM pro Gepäcksstück zahlen.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere le principali attrazioni e quartieri di KL. Stanza grande, con tutto il necessario(anche la lavatrice). Piscina e vista top, gym, negozio con tutto il necessario accanto alla reception. A 5min c è un Atm, pagamento in cash con deposito di 100MYR.

Cons:

Negli orari di punta, a volte Gli ascensori saltano i piani e il tempo d attesa si allunga

Pros:

I'm very comfortable with the location and the environment. Some staff are very kind, friendly and respectful which i really appreciated. I'm looking forward to see that behavior which everybody needs and great. I'm pretty sure I would like to come back and stay.

Cons:

It's not that I don't like but, if the staff is more polite and friendly that would be great for every customer and the business, some are very polite and kind which every body need the kindness from others. I'm not saying every one but some are ofcoure during i stay, but the rest are perfectly good. Thank you for the kindness and your hospitality. I'm looking forward to see and stay.

nice modern hotel...everything you need and clean
Pros:

Nice modern apartment with everything you need...not my first visit to Ceylonz suites....when you know where you are and work out the walking short cuts its a good place first timmers might rely on grab for no reason. Ask for a high floor the views are great..

Cons:

Its always the lifts (elevators)...it can take 10 mins before one comes to your floor.... too many people too many floors...too few lifts...give yourself time
