Terrible experience
Pros:

Only i like is the area near in airport 🛫.

Cons:

I don't like the room atmosphere the area very bad, the room is dirty, tv to much dust 😤 almost the doors of cabinets is broken, balcony very dirty 🤔. And toilet mirror 🪞 very dirty also the glass of water omg so dirty 😳 . The funniest 🤣 is we have kitchen but ops no plate and utensils. The most worse is me and my family we shocked 😲 after we visited the sm mall. Our room was open. The cleaner was forgetting to close the door. When I was complain regarding of door why they left open , and they answer a bullshit excuse 😒 .

Room was spacious.

Cons:

Although room was spacious. The shower being over the bath was quite dangerous as it was very slippery.
There also was a construction site right outside our window. Breakfast was very basic and staff not very attentive. The reception staff were great

No happy at all was shocked middle of the night
Pros:

Nothing to with staff but sistem I so useless I booked with booking.com was no saying to have deposit but when I go to hotel they ask me directly 2000 pesos deposit I was in shock think about it if I have only hotel money and no more money staff not letting me sleep that night even I paid my hotel room money, very big issue at hotel very useless 🥶🤯😖

Useless !!!!!!!!!! Don’t trust, please keeping some money on you always 🥶🤯🥵😱

Room was indeed spacious but it was VERY UNCLEAN. No slippers were provided so we stepped barefoot on the floor, only to find out that the floor was VERY dusty it made our feet dirty as well! It was dusty everywhere including the beds that it made me uncomfortable. There was also a dead cockroach under it. The shower was malfunctioning as I believe the holes where the water comes out were blocked by rust. I feel like the room was cleaned a long time ago... and that explains why I only saw 3 guests apart from us. Overall, it was a bad experience. Although the stay served its purpose which was to have a night-stay near the MCIA.

Will not stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, not much selection. Room was big enough. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Dirty curtains, TV was very blurry. None of the gym equipment was working. Gym was dirty. No safe to put important things. Building is outdated and need some work. The last hotel we stayed was very nice with a big buffet breakfast and cheaper.

Leider sehr laut. Sowohl von draußen als auch vom Flur war ständig Lärm zu hören. Erholsamer Schlaf war kaum möglich. Schade, da sonst alles in Ordnung war.
