Simplesmente perfeito !
Pros:

Sinceramente, adorei tudo ! Os funcionários são todos extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis. Viajámos com jipe e reboque e o estacionamento é enorme e vigilado, o que nos deixou muito descansados. Pedimos jantar e estava tudo absolutamente divinal (ainda hoje sonho com o bife) ! Tem um funcionário a fazer bebidas no bar, tudo delicioso ! O quarto era grande, confortável e extremamente limpo. O espaço exterior é espectacular, com uma piscina enorme e campo de jogos - que tivemos pena de não usufruir por falta de tempo. Foi a nossa segunda vez neste Hotel e certamente voltaremos uma terceira !

Schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal, aber am Wochenende leider viel zu laut für Erholung.

Das Personal war sehr nett ! Es gab ein tolles marokkanisches Frühstück.

Cons:

An den Wochenenden finden im Hotel Musikveranstaltungen statt, die bis kurz vor Mitternacht dauern. Außerdem befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels ein Festsaal, in dem ebenfalls an den Wochenenden (von Freitag bis einschließlich Montagmorgen) sehr laute Feiern, bspw. Hochzeiten, stattfinden. Aufgrund des hohen Lärmpegels ist an erholsamen Schlaf definitiv nicht zu denken. Das muss man bedenken, wenn man auf Erholung aus ist.

Huge disappointment, don’t recommend at all

Cons:

The pool was not functional, they told us it’s not yet ready. The restaurant was just terrible. They had like 50 options in the menu, but in reality didn’t have them. I also asked whether they could do tagine only with vegetables, without meat, and they were not able to do it, so I assume the food is not freshly prepared. So if you’re tempted by the poolside atmosphere and the delicious-looking food, just like we were, then don’t! They advertise nice photos and awesome atmosphere, but the reality is different. Furthemore, empty bottles for both the hand soap and shower gel. Light in the bathroom functional only occasionaly. Balcony super small, not even one chair, but ok. Otherwise the room was clean and nice, as well as the staff, I’ll give them that. I wrote the problems to booking.com and they said that the accommodation didn’t even acknowledge the problems and wouldn’t offer any discount. Overall, very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend this to nobody and actually strongly advise against it unless you wanna pay kind of a lot of money, we’re in Morocco in the end, and don’t get much out of it.
