OK for an overnight stay, but overpriced

Location, right opposite the train station, comfortable bed, good ceiling fan.

Cons:

Overpriced by a long way plus we were charged an extra 600 rupees for a/c which we hadn't requested. Room was tiny, hardly any space around the bed, no hanging space, hangers or drawers for clothes. No toiletries provided as per description. The balcony had no table or chairs. Curtains were ill fitting and flimsy making sleep difficult. Not recommended except for an overnight stay and you don't mind paying over the odds. Much better options close by at half the price.

Chelk out time കഴിഞ്ഞ് 4 മണിക്കൂറിനു ശേഷമാണ് ഞങ്ങൾ chek out ചെയ്തത് എന്നിട്ടും additional pay ഒന്നും വാങ്ങിയില്ല.. Thanks plaza.....

Pros:

Walkable distance from Kannur Rly Station and everything available nearby incl good veg. hotel,an ICH restaurant and auto / taxi. Check out is after 24 hours.

Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel has been the location, near the railway station.

Cons:

The place wasn't cleaned at all, we found lots of ants and a giant cockroach. The bed sheets weren't so clean and even the room itself. It has been the most expensive hotel of our journey in Kerala and it has been the worst and dirtiest.
I wouldn't suggest to stay here.

Is the perfect option if you need to stay close to the station
Pros:

Perfect position as is it close to the station.
Staff were super nice.
Room clean

Cons:

Nothing special but they don’t have toilet paper so bring some if you really need it
