Pros:

كل شيء في الفندق كان رائعا موظفين ومرافق ومسبح جميل مع أطلالة خرافية غلى النهر الجاري وخرير المياه الذي زاد المكان روعة كانك في الجنة بالأضافة الى التمتع بالفيلة وهي تسبح في النهر
فطور ممتاز واود ان اشكر Abe موظف المطعم كان بشوشا متعاونا وخدوما
كما اشكر موظف الاستقبال Yasith الذي كان مسؤولا رائعا يحسن التصرف والتعامل مع النزلاء ضاع ملابس بنتي عندما نشرتها في الليل في الشرفة فما ارتاح اه بال حتى وجدها شمرا من القلب

Отель просторный с красивыми видами.
Можно остановиться переночевать, не более.

Cons:

В первом предложенном номере был шкаф со сломанными дверьми. И сломанным ящиком стола.
Номер заменили на аналогичный. Но в новом номере отсутствовал вентилятор (в соседнем аналогичном номере он был), частично отсутствовали лампы освещения. Пол был очень грязный, что ноги буквально прилипали.
В целом вид четырехзвезочного отеля уставший, потрепанный.
Из полотенец предлагается только одно большое на человека. для рук и ног полотенца отсутствуют - это не удобно когда находишься там больше одной ночи.
Уборки номеров не было.

View from Hotel Elephant Bay is 10 out of 10. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Safe place to leave tuk tuk. Clean room, welcome drink and decorations in room. AC in room. Definitely would recommend.

Cons:

There wasn't hot water in shower!

The view is exceptional. You really feel like you're in a movie or watching a documentary. The rooms and facilities were clean. The food was good and the staff were friendly. We had a great time
