Very smart, lobby and room presented very well. I think there has been recent refurbishment. Bed/mattress was excellent, nice and firm. Aircon and hot water both very good. Breakfast also very good including eggs prepared on order. Excellent location, right opposite the main square. Staff very helpful.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was really nice and they even checked the night before if I had any dietary restrictions. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in Encarnacion for work.
My only suggestion is they had a really strong incense in the room that would have made me feel sick if I had been staying any longer than one night. There's no need for that to be there and I think the room would be more inviting without it.
It's a great budget hotel for a short stay. It's located right in the centre of the city, in front of the main square, so you're within walking distance to the hot spots (the river, the bars/restaurants).
I was able to get a good night's sleep too. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. The hotel is situated in a commercial area, rather than a residential area, so after 6 or 7pm (when the nearby shops have closed), there are no annoying "neighbours" around at night. I struggle getting to sleep if I hear dogs barking or people talking loudly outside, but there was none of that here.
No complaints from me. It was exactly what I was looking for for a two-night stay. However, if you are planning on staying in Encarnacion for longer, then I may suggest finding somewhere with a few more facilities (pool, bigger dining area, etc.)
Location is right in the main square in Encarnacion. Room is clean with air con.
Clean and comfortable room (although a bit small), really nice staff who helped booking a tour to the jesuit ruins for us. Great Breakfast with enough choice. Perfect location with walkable distance to the bus station, beach and many restaurants.
Upon checkout, we had to pay 100.000 Gs because one of the towels was apparently too dirty to be cleaned (it was lying on our floor in the bathroom). Seemed quite a bit overpriced.
If that wouldn’t have happened, we would’ve 100% enjoyed our stay.
I really liked the breakfast, especially the fresh fruit. The staff were all helpful.
There was a doorstop in front of the bathroom sink. I tripped over it twice.
