Pros:

Öncelikle resepsiyon da ki çalışanlar, oda temizliğinde çalışanlar, havuz kenarında ki yemekle ilgilenen ve ana restoranda ki ekip ve yemekler çok iyiydi. Konumu çok iyi, temiz, oturma alanları çok rahat ve oldukça fazla . Kapalı havuz bile eğlenceli . Animatörler ve etkinlik programı da çok iyi. Her yıl bunun için geliyoruz desek doğrudur.

Cons:

Aslında çok ilgililer, bizim 6. gidişimiz, bizim odaya şampanya göndermediler 🙈 bence her yıl düzenli gelen müşterilerinin hiç birini atlamasalar çok daha hoş olurdu 🥰

Отель выше всяких похвал. Лучший на Солнечном Берегу. Еда разнообразная, и всегда свежая. Много овощей и фруктов. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова.

Нормальный отель, но точно не первое место на TripAdvisor
Pros:

Это нормальный отель, но не более.
Второй раз сюда не поеду.

Детям горки на 2 раза.
Еда нормальная, но не супер вкусная. Нормально, вкусно, но не супер вкусно.
Лежаков возле бассейна вроде хватает.

Cons:

на TripAdvisor занимает первое место, но сложилось впечатление, что отзывы накрученные. Мы за 7 дней были в 4х отелях. Потестировать и посмотреть. И специально выбрали этот, что бы посмотреть, что же здесь такого суперского, что занимает первое место в рейтинге, и разочаровались. Все нормально. Но совсем не первое место.

Маленькая территория , маленький бассейн, куча народу, номер очень узкий и маленький.

Revenim mereu cu drag aici toate serviciile sunt extraordinare de la mâncare până la ospitalitate.

Cons:

Deși mâncarea este mult mai delicioasă anul acesta am simțit puțin ca s-a restrans varietatea de preparate sper ca pe măsură ce se apropie sezonul aglomerat să adăugați mai multe preparate.

Rozmaite jedzenie. Bezpieczny, ogrodzony plac zabaw. Fajni animatorzy. Bardzo życzliwy personel. Czysto.

Cons:

Jeśli ktoś miał okna od strony wesołego miasteczka lub basenu, to mogło być głośno. Pokoje mogłyby być ciut większe.

Pros:

1. The food was very good. Thanks to Chef Yusuf, who was always in the restaurant. Also, thanks to Mr. İdris at the reception and lobby. They answered all our questions.
For children, simple foods like pasta, fries, rice, and fruits were enough. For adults, there were many food options.
2. The hotel is very close to the center. You can reach the seaside by walking 100 meters. There are cafés, markets, and shops nearby.
3. The pools are a bit small, but they are enough for children aged 4–8.
4. The pool towels are provided every day.
5. The parking area is limited and costs 10 EUR /day.
6. The late check-out is available until 4.00 PM for 40 EUR, and up to 8.00 PM is 50 EUR. This is a very good option.
7. The air conditioner is very silent and wind-free. So nice to sleep with the AC at night.

Cons:

1. There were no daily-use items like cotton pads, shower caps, or lotion in the rooms. It would be better if they were provided. The hotel area is not very large; it is a boutique hotel. It’s better to know this before going.
