The room was very big, with a comfortable bed. The bath was also very big with a jacuzzi setting.
Everything was clean, cleaners came daily
The breakfast was phenomenal, and Nezahat, the lady in the kitchen, was so nice and friendly and made us fresh omlettes every day. And we're still missing the eotlu peynir even now!
The views were amazing - unfortunately no balloons because it was cold, but we'd definitely come back again to see them from here!
There was a bit of a sewery smell coming from the bathroom sometimes.
The spa wasn't the best, my girlfriend's massage was very weak.
Good location - just a short walk to the centre of Goreme - easy to find car park and quieter. We had a booking for 3 rooms and 2 were upgraded so we had very generous balconies with mountain views. Spacious s=rooms, good traditional breakfast and nice staff
Smell of naphthalene was super strong in 2 out of 3 rooms when we checked in and we couldn’t get rid of it until the end of our stay. Made it very hard to really enjoy our stay

From the moment we arrived, the staff and hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh, delicious options that started each day perfectly. The hotel was clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Truly a 5/5 experience all around—highly recommended!

For fairness sake, I should say that this hotel has an excellent breakfast. The location and views from the hotel are excellent as well.
No twin rooms. If you really don't care whether you are staying in a double or twin room, you can ignore this review.
We were looking for a hotel definitely with twin rooms for our group of 8 people, as only women were accommodated in one room, they are not couples and can not sleep in one bed.
When booking, the owners of the property confirmed that they have twin rooms available. Moreover, when 2 days before arrival I sent them the accommodation list with the names of the guests, where it was clearly stated that 3 twin rooms were needed, they confirmed the rooms again.
In fact, when guests checked in, they made it seem like they didn't know anything about the twins and they can only accommodate in the double rooms. So if you require definitely twin rooms, look for another hotel!
Horrible smell. One room of 4 had a terrible smell of some chemicals. The guests could not stay there, but there was no time for them to look for a new hotel in the evening and they were forced to stay there one night. The next day the hotel owner gave them another room, but all their stuff smelled of it.
