清潔感、部屋の広さ最高のホテル
Pros:

清潔感とロケーション、お部屋の広さ

Cons:

朝食会場のみ不満あり。
①スタッフが全く説明してくれなかった。
②メインディッシュ選択後、サラダバー等のちょっとしたバイキングスペースを設ければいいと思う。

Pros:

Quality spot except you're not allowed to use the sky patio recreationally, it's only for the restaurant. In room sauna was great

Cons:

We got kicked out of the empty patio during a rainy day when no one else was present. We told them we were just sitting outside to enjoy the view with some baked goods. They must have misunderstood, as soon after they led us outside, we started snacking and lounging and then they kicked us out for not ordering anything

Not a 4star hotel - stayed in many better 3 star ones in Japan
Pros:

Size of bed and 2 pillows and good shower and location

Cons:

No amenities bar, unhelpful too young staff “too cool for school” - parking was advised by staff at 1400 per day and was in fact 2400 per day. We stayed in many 3 star hotels in Japan that were much better than this 4 star - they had free onsen whereas this was 7000 yen for private use. Staff need a big wake up call on customer service - whole check in was chaotic, our room door wouldn’t work with code and no wi-fi till a techno guy with a laptop figured it all out.

期待外れ。ショック😭

部屋は綺麗

Cons:

大浴場ありで検索して宿泊予約したが
確認不足！予約、別料金、カップル❓女子または男同志の親子ショック　クラスライフホテルのイメージをしてたので。
部屋に風呂いけもなし　近隣の大浴場へ行きました。

朝食もホームページの写真が、良かったので、バイキングと思いきや、ワンプレート

ボタンが外れたので、針と糸を借りたいと思いましたが、無し。

衣類消臭をスプレーしたら、バネが壊れていて
、液がぼたぼた落ちて衣類がびしょびしょ。

部屋は新しいので
いいのですが、
息子と楽しみに宿泊しましたが…

Comfortable stay, nice and modern, a cheeper room comes with cheeper views.
Pros:

Room was fabulous, the low floor, non-existant view and quiet music from the next door club less so.
Location was great, super nice with the park near and right next to the more nightlife and shopping area, bit far from ocean.
Shower itself was nice and big, as was bathroom.

Cons:

Shower doesnt run very cold, but does very hot.
