An exceptional stay.
Pros:

The nice welcome at the desktop and upgrade to a junior suite!
The delicious dinner and very very special visit to his cellar with the owner.
It was unexpecred and he is an exceptional person in what he has created. That he shared it with us was a real pleasure.

Siamo stati accolti benissimo e coccolati da un team di prim'ordine, cordiale e professionale. La locanda e la camera sono magnifiche, confortevoli e moderne, il bagno impeccabile e pulitissimo. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, offre piatti deliziosi e raffinati. Gli chef di talento propongono una cucina creativa con prodotti di stagione. La colazione è altrettanto curata e gustosa. Abbiamo potuto visitare la splendida cantina, grazie signor Gianni, grazie Melissa, Sara, Giorgio, Edoardo e tutti voi!

Un posto incantevole: un antico monastero ristrutturato con raffinatezza. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e con un design fighissimo e super funzionale. Lo staff (una menzione speciale per la splendida Melissa) pazzesco, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. E per finire, il ristorante annesso è da vera stella Michelin!

Auf jeden Fall ein sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mit einem fantastischen Abendessen vom Feinsten!
Pros:

Es war nur 1 Ûbernachtung, aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einem sehr guten Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant! Ein Sterne verdächtiges Menü ! Einfach toll!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war recht einfach! Allerdings hat es auch nur 10€ pro Person gekostet.
