Pros:

Très belles chambres. Piscine agréable. Emplacement au top pour la plage. Le marché de nuit est plus loin, il faut prendre un taxi. Personnel à l'écoute.

Disappointed that a party was approved on premises.

Pool was good.

Cons:

Party had been organised on premises which disturbed all guests in the hotel. Not sure why management allowed this to happen. Very very loud and no sleep for any of my family until early hours of the morning. Disappointed this was allowed to happen. I own and manage a hotel in Phuket and would never approve this at my hotel. Mentioned to staff lady next day but although she said sorry, it was obvious she didn’t really care.,

Disappointing
Pros:

I moved to another hotel after 1 night... the aircon was very weak on the lowest temperature so I had to also use the fan. The room felt dingy and it only had a window opening into a passageway and another high window that could not be blocked and caused the room to be bright very early. It was very noisy. I guess the walls are thin and the staff is loud in the mornings. The pool was nice and there were many books available.

Great value for money, good location and lovely swimming pool
Pros:

Pool area was great! Decent size room and bed with fridge, tv and wardrobe. Clean Bathroom with shampoo and body wash. Hot shower.

Cons:

Difficulty communicating with staff. Window into the hallway so had to keep curtain closed and no natural light.

Pool and restaurant included.
Pros:

Location was good approximately 15 minutes walk to the beach. Hotel had a pool and a very good restaurant with delicious food at a reasonable price. Room had air conditioning, en-suite toilet and shower, refrigerator,TV, kettle and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi. Cleaned daily with water and amenities replenished. Handy bus stop outside to catch the local bus to Phuket. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

All good.
