Beautiful space

Cons:

For Europeans - not much breakfast choice. Also the sun beds were not cleaned daily and I need to ask every day to take the trash.

This is an amazing oasis just outside of Ubud.They will shuttle you in atset times during the day so you can do the town

Odin is a great staff member who is highly valued by the hotel and works as driver and at reception .

Cons:

Room service was excellent one night.
Had same meal next night but it was missing a lot of chicken ( butter chicken ).
Only 6 pieces of chicken , probably 15/16 pieces previous night.

Pros:

Lovely setting in the countryside overlooking rice fields. Staff helpful.

Cons:

Because of its location in the countryside you must expect a lot of bugs and geckos etc. The room overall could do with a renovation. Pool towels provided but worn & stained.

Overall very satisfying stay. Location, staff, food and environment is great!
Pros:

Our group of 14 people stayed in Royal Casa in late September to early October for almost 8 days. We are happy with the quick and responsive service team. Whatever our group needs ( ex. early check-out for flight, late check-in due to delayed flight, venue door open/close), the team could resolve all issues quickly and friendly. We are amazed by the abundance of planting and ambient lighting around. It is a real heaven for retreat. Will come back again!

Cons:

Early check-out breakfast box can be 50% less food, or it can be a massive waste. We have 2 pastries, 4 slices of white sandwich bread and 2 eggs with a few fruits.

Great stay! Will come back next year!
Pros:

Amazing location! Only a 15-minute drive away from Ubud city. The landscape is beyond expectation. I am happy with the general food and room service in the hotel.

Cons:

The fish fillet in the set menu might be overcooked.

Big potential
Pros:

I think the hotel has great potential to become the best hotel in the area, surrounded by such beautiful nature and vegetation.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was okay, but there were more options suited for guests coming from India. The rice fields are not fully maintained, and if they were, I think they would look much better than any others in the surrounding area. The rooms need renovation; the bathrooms even look a bit dirty, although the bedding was fresh and fragrant. The food in the restaurant is expensive considering the portion sizes and taste. I think the hotel needs significant investment, but it would attract a large number of visitors because the potential is enormous.

Pros:

Superb place to stay, so beautiful and aesthetic. Clean rooms, friendly staffs, good breakfast options, big pool, near to most tourist attractions, totally instagram-worthy!
