Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war extrem laut, sodass ich keine Minute Schlaf finden konnte. Es gab ständige Unruhe auf dem Flur und es wurde mehrfach an meine Tür geklopft. Zudem war die Klimaanlage defekt und die Bettwäsche wies Brandflecken auf. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel.

I didn't trust the hotel because of the reviews on Google, but they were not positive, but I didn't see the cons mentioned in them. The staff was polite, did not try to change the conditions of my booking, immediately provided a clean and ready for occupancy room. There were even towels, although I forgot to specify that they should be provided. The staff spoke English, we were able to understand each other.
In this room you may not like the bed, it is hard, for me it was not a problem, but for someone it is uncomfortable. The shower pressure was also weak, but again it is normal, it is not bad to wash with this shower, but it takes a long time. There were no fundamental minuses, it is a good hotel, corresponding to its conditions and price.
It was really good value for price. People working there were really nice and friendly. Location is great.
WiFi was not working most of the time. All the facilities are a bit older, but given the price it was completely fine.

The blanket had stains, so we used another blanket in the wardrobe, but it was a bit dusty. Dust is on the pillows and bed
Early check-in was possible, I was very thankful for that! The neighborhood is a bit further off from tourist attractions, but I liked the vibe. There are good authentic food places around, and a very nice lake with a temple and a bigger one with lots of cafes
Only the location is ok.
Not like the picture on booking. For me this is a not worth to book. Not clean and absolutely not 3 star hotel. If you pay a little more you can get better.

Many options for eating and drinking around here. The boy staff with brown hair and wearing glasses is very nice and supported us enthusiastically. They have rent motorbike service and it helps us go somewhere in Ha Noi easily.
It’s quite noisy and especially at midnight.

Lovely spacious room. Slightly out from the tourist centre of Hanoi but we enjoyed seeing the more local side of the city. Extended our stay for another night.
