Decepcionante, no es un 4 estrellas

Cons:

Reservamos este hotel expresamente porque anunciaba disponer de parking. Sin embargo, al llegar tuvimos que recorrer una calle sin salida hasta el propio hotel para que nos informaran de que en realidad no tienen parking y que debíamos dejar el coche aparcado en la calle. Esto nos hizo perder tiempo y supuso una gran decepción, ya que fue un criterio importante en nuestra reserva.

Además, los colchones son de muy mala calidad; nos hemos despertado con dolor de cuello y espalda después de una sola noche.

El baño presenta numerosas humedades y falta de mantenimiento, algo que resulta poco agradable y transmite sensación de dejadez.

El edredón era considerablemente más pequeño que los colchones, por lo que no fuimos capaces de taparnos de cuerpo entero.

Por otro lado, el ascensor no funcionaba, lo que hizo que subir las maletas andando sumase puntos a nuestra decepción.

Por último, la piscina está muy deteriorada y no se corresponde con la imagen que transmite el establecimiento.

En general, la relación entre lo anunciado y la realidad ha sido muy decepcionante. No volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Немає раннього заселення, невеликий готель, все було зайнято!!! Не працював кондиціонер , зробили в останній день

Классный мини-отель по отличной цене
Pros:

1. Отличное расположение: в пешей доступности старый город, в то же время, тихо
2. Есть парковка (сперва поставили машину на узкой улице рядом с отелем, затем обнаружили более комфортный вариант на параллельной улице).
3. Удобные кровати
4. Хороший завтрак
5. Небольшой теплый бассейн на крыше с отличным видом на город (ребенок был в восторге)
6. Приятный персонал, владеет русским языком.

Очень уютный отель, чисто, отличные вкусные завтраки, расположение хорошее, в пешей доступности метро и старый город.
Бассейн чистый и тёплый.
Ребята из персонала приветливые)

Cons:

Жили на 4 этаже, из вентиляции был шум воды ( видимо от бассейна) В целом это отдых не испортило .

Great location and good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is located right in the city center, with all the main attractions within easy reach. Our room offered a beautiful view of the river, Narikala Fortress, and Mtatsminda Park. The breakfast was good, and the service was excellent.
There is a wonderful rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and sun loungers.

Cons:

Unfortunately, sleeping was not very comfortable. The mattress did not have a mattress topper, and the bed sheet was too short and kept coming loose during the night. It was unpleasant to come into contact with the mattress when the sheet slipped off.
