Sirkeci Esen Apart

Az ablakok nem szigetelnek, bejön a hideg is és az utcai zaj is.
Picit csatorna szag volt.
A fürdőszoba fugázása nem túl bizalomgerjesztő, de a használatát nem befolyásolta, csak esztétikailag kellemetlen.

Purtroppo l’hotel è di basso livello. La prima stanza che abbiamo avuto era molto molto piccola, invivibile. il bagno minuscolo e lo scarico non funzionava. Il letto non era matrimoniale ma da una piazza e mezza e in due non era possibile dormirci. Uveys ci ha aiutato a trovare una soluzione ottimale offrendoci il soggiorno in una camera più spaziosa e sicuramente più dignitosa. Purtroppo non mi sento di consigliarlo. Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà

501-es szoba. Horror. Csatorna szagu, wc ülőke(?!),túl kicsi. Fürdő kicsi, igénytelen kivitelezés.

Tomando en cuenta que aceptamos la habitación al verla y que encontramos la reserva a un súper precio, hay que mencionar que en si todo es pequeño, los espacios comunes ascensor, pasillos. La habitación cumple con todo lo que ofrece, pero es pequeña, queda un mínimo espacio para transitar hacia el baño, taza de baño suelta y desagüe con mal olor, tuvimos que pedir que repusieran toallas y papel higiénico, limpieza día por medio y en la segunda habitación goteaba el techo cada vez que alguien ocupaba la ducha en el piso superior.
ahora, esa es mi apreciación de la habitación mas pequeña, importante es mencionar que hay habitaciones de superior calidad en el hotel. Por lo que hay que mirar bien la opción a elegir.

1.Стаите бяха ужасяващо малки, от единия край на спалнята - място за едно шкафче, от другия нищо, от третия един метър. Това е най малката стая в която помня да съм спал.
2.Поръчахме стая с две легла за децата - първата вечер бяха в една стая с две спални и две еденични легла на седмия етаж нещо като в хижа, а нашата стая беше на първия !!??? На втората ги свалиха в стая на четвъртия етаж със спалня вместо с две легла.
3.Тоалетните бяха доста зле. Някой "майстор" се е учил да лепи плочки, дъската на тоалетната на седмия етаж е счупена. Нашия душ се разпадна три пъти и убихме "само" две хлебарки. Да не забравя - умивалниците са 20 на 40 см по външния ръб - колкото една клавиатура за компютър.
4. Стълбите са вити от първия до последния етаж - все едно се качваш в минаре. Асансьора 1метър на 70см - за един човек с един куфар.
5.Закуската е най-лошата която съм ял в турски хотели - сиренето недоузряло, маслото е маргарин, хляба е от турския на едни филиики по една хапка. Имаше доста зеленчуци но доматите бяха с бялото, краставицата с кората. Закусваше се във фоайето и пред хотела на улицата.
6.Персонала не беше никак любезен.
7.Няма къде да се паркира. Има само един паркинг на 50м но беше пълен като пристигнахме. От хотела не съдействат изобщо за да се запази предварително. Общинския паркинг на който разчтахме че е близо се строи наново и поне 2 години го забравете.
8.Доста е шумно вечер. На 30м от хотела е трамвайната линия. То е дрънчане, то е бибибиткане, накакъв мач гледаха в едно заведение на улицата.

Please do yourself a huge favor and avoid this hotel at all costs because it is a scam and you will be very disappointed!!!
On the booking app this hotel has positive reviews and the rooms look nice in photos which is the reason why I initially booked it. I realize now that I should have read the google reviews as well but whenever I booked hotels in Istanbul before I had no problems whatsoever. However, this time I wanted to try a hotel in a new location and I was scammed by this hotel in particular. I originally booked the Sirkeci Esen Hotel but when I contacted someone from the hotel to send me the exact location before my arrival they sent me the address of the Grand Esen Hotel. I was confused but I brushed it off because on google maps is showed that these hotels are in the same street/row. I soon realised that these hotels are probably owned by the same person and they just put you randomly in a hotel they want based on availability regardless of the one you chose on the booking app which is really rude and unprofessional. So yes, we eneded up at the Grand Esen Hotel even though we booked the Sirkeci Esen Hotel.
The rooms are NOTHING like the photos and I’m not sure if they stole photos from other hotels on the internet or if they only took photos of one or two good-looking rooms in the hotel to catfish people. The rooms we got were very small, unkept and they smelt really bad. We felt nauseous several times because of the bad hygiene and we even saw ants in the bathroom 🤢 My sister and I were sharing a room and we barely had any space to move around or get ready in the morning. The doors don’t function properly and they are very loose and hard go close all the way which makes you feel very unsafe to leave your personal belongings inside.

Le monsieur à la réception le 1er jour qui nous a donné des chambres dans les escaliers et qui ne répondent pas aux normes de sécurité et sans espace ou mettre ni les pieds ni les valises. Heureusement que le lendemain la personne qui était là nous a changé les chambres avec d autres qui sont beaucoup mieux
Le petit déjeuner est nul et sans reassort
