Gute Lage, Metro ist fussläufig erreichbar, gutes Frühstück, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, netter Teil von Taschkent
Zimmer hätten liebevoller gestaltet sein können, so macht es sehr den Eindruck von einem Business Hotel, einige Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption könnten freundlicher und serviceorientierter sein
New hotel and i think the staff needs to learn about expectations from western visitors. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. The hotel is located within walking distance to shops and 2 subway lines. The street was quiet at night.
I booked a taxi through the hotel since i waa having an issue uploading credit card information on UZbekistan's version of Uber. I explicitly asked the hotel where was i going to be picked up and any special instructions. They responded with general information. When i arrived and couldnt find the meeting spot, is when they sent me a photo on whatsapp ( it should of happened when i booked it). Second issue is I paid the taxi driver when I arrived; i didnt know the hotel was going to bill me. Once again, the hotel needs tp give exact instructions to guests. Do not assume anything.

ウズベキスタンには2週間いましたが、このホテルは日本と変わらないレベルで、安心して宿泊できました。前日はデラックスに泊まり、この日はスタンダードだったので、部屋の広さは半分くらいになりましたが、基本的な設備はしっかりしています。バスタブはありませんでしたが、熱いお湯がたくさん出ました。チェックイン前にお部屋に入ることができました。レストランも23:00までやっていたので、助かりました。久しぶりに美味しいパスタが食べられました。朝食もクオリティが高いと思います。
アーリーチェックインをさせていただけたのですが、そのせいか、バスタオルがありませんでした。翌朝電話をするとすぐに持って来てもらえました。入室時にチェックするべきでした。駅から少し歩きます。他のホテルもそうですが、ウズベキスタンでは通常のテレビ放送のつなげ方が分かりませんでした。YouTubeやAmazonプライムはつながるようでした。

Hello,
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience at your hotel.
First of all, I checked into the hotel together with my girlfriend, who arrived from Azerbaijan. I personally have been living in Tashkent for the past 3 years and hold a valid work visa until 2029. In addition, I have an official temporary residence registration valid for 6 months.
Upon arrival, the hotel staff requested my passport and informed me that I had entered the country from China on the 23rd and therefore needed to register again. However, this is incorrect and not in line with the current legislation. I clearly explained that my registration was valid and even showed it via the official mygov.uz system, but the staff refused to accept it.
I had initially booked a luxury room, but I asked if there were any alternative options available since we planned to stay for 4 nights. The staff offered us a deal of 240 USD for 4 nights. However, despite this agreement, I was not allowed to stay.
The next morning, I brought my registration documents again, and the hotel acknowledged that their employee had made a mistake. Despite this, I was still charged 240 USD, but it was counted as payment for only 1 night instead of the agreed 4 nights. As a result, we were forced to leave the hotel the next morning.
Overall, the service quality was extremely poor. Communication was unacceptable, and the staff behaved in a very rude and authoritative manner, as if dealing with a law enforcement situation rather than providing hospitality.
I am highly dissatisfied with this experience and request clarification and resolution regarding this matter.
チェックインが23:30になったが、受け付けてもらえた。部屋が広く、全て揃っていた。日本のホテルと同じレベルで、安心して滞在できる。朝食も美味しい。
チェックインの時に宿泊滞在記録を見せないといけなかったらしく、前泊の宿でもらっていなかったので、チェックインの時に時間がかかった。パスポートの記録からチェックできた。2週間の滞在中、初めてだった。
I really appreciated the hotel staff—they had a playful charm while maintaining elegant. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro and bus stops, and it is also close to the airport and Tashkent railway station. It is convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including many desserts. I was very pleased with it. The room was spacious and comfortable.
