Pleasant stay after some initial issues
Pros:

Nice hotel with good-sized well-designed rooms. Convenient location. Helpful staff. There is a hairdresser and spa on site, which is nice to have. Restaurant and small coffee shop are also cute and convenient.

Cons:

When I arrived early in the morning (I had previously indicated my arrival time to the hotel), I was offered an early check-in for an additional cost of 50% of an additional night. This seemed to be poor practice to me – if the room is available early then it's customary to make it available for a complimentary early check in. Even worse, after I agree to the extra charge and was given the room, it was clearly not prepared appropriately. All the windows were open, AC off (in 35+ degree heat), and there was cleaning materials left in the room. After I raised this, they offered to waive the 'additional fee'. The whole experience was not very pleasant or professional.

Отличный отель, персонал очень вежливый. Запах волшебный. Очень чисто, кровать кингсайз очень удобная, Всё на высшем уровне. Есть один небольшой минус, двери в ванную комнату узкие для инвалидов колясочников

Pros:

Reasonable price for good 4* hotel. I like location as it's close to underground station, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes around hotel. Also you have a good breakfast and parking for your car. Good speed wi-fi, modern AC.

Уютный новый отель. Прекрасный номер, оборудован всем необходимым. Чисто и свежо. Хорошие завтраки. Отзывчивый персонал. Расположение удачное-до театра Навои 20 минут пешком.
