Stayed at ATECA Hotel Suites Tashkent in a twin-sharing suite, and honestly, the room was a win. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping staff was genuinely warm and consistent, which always makes a difference. The location is also solid, close enough to the city centre that you don’t feel stuck anywhere.
Now, the highlight of the hotel: the security guard. Absolute gentleman. Kind, helpful, and somehow more present than most hospitality professionals combined. If you stay here, you’ll know exactly who I mean.
The hotel staff overall was polite and easy to deal with.
The restaurant staff felt like they were permanently very busy, but in a way where you’re not entirely sure with what. You could be standing there, making soft eye contact, reconsidering your life choices, while they move around with great purpose but limited outcome. Also, there’s a subtle but noticeable difference in attention if you’re “known” versus just… there.
Nothing dramatic, just one of those situations where you eventually start managing your own expectations along with your breakfast.
Overall, a really comfortable stay with great rooms and lovely people, just don’t go into breakfast expecting emotional support.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience at your hotel.
First of all, I checked into the hotel together with my girlfriend, who arrived from Azerbaijan. I personally have been living in Tashkent for the past 3 years and hold a valid work visa until 2029. In addition, I have an official temporary residence registration valid for 6 months.
Upon arrival, the hotel staff requested my passport and informed me that I had entered the country from China on the 23rd and therefore needed to register again. However, this is incorrect and not in line with the current legislation. I clearly explained that my registration was valid and even showed it via the official mygov.uz system, but the staff refused to accept it.
I had initially booked a luxury room, but I asked if there were any alternative options available since we planned to stay for 4 nights. The staff offered us a deal of 240 USD for 4 nights. However, despite this agreement, I was not allowed to stay.
The next morning, I brought my registration documents again, and the hotel acknowledged that their employee had made a mistake. Despite this, I was still charged 240 USD, but it was counted as payment for only 1 night instead of the agreed 4 nights. As a result, we were forced to leave the hotel the next morning.
Overall, the service quality was extremely poor. Communication was unacceptable, and the staff behaved in a very rude and authoritative manner, as if dealing with a law enforcement situation rather than providing hospitality.
I am highly dissatisfied with this experience and request clarification and resolution regarding this matter.

Отличный номер, всё очень удобно. Расположение хорошее. Очень заботливый персонал: я повредила ногу - девушка на ресепшене сама предложила вызвать скорую (к слову, бесплатно отвезли в клинику, сделали снимок...). Разнообразные, вкусные завтраки.
