The hotel is clean and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast - this is the second time I am writing a slight negative feedback about your breakfast options .
Many details are not seen to , like utensils not being available .
Staff not being informed whether I have a breakfast included with my room and asking me if I’m willing to pay ( it’s not a very nice situation to be put in )
I would suggest to review the breakfast menu offered .
Coffee machines not being maintained properly , looked dirty and broken as there was leakage .
I am a frequent visitor to your hotel and would like to see improvements in these areas please .

Новый отель, все чисто. При заезде в номере был комплемент в виде вот точных сладостей и орехов.

Cons:

Персоналу приходилось повторно проговаривать информацию, о том, что нам нужно. Между собой они эту информацию не передавали. Было ощущение что персонал работает по знакомству, и нет должной компетенции (на раслабоне это касается парней на стойке регистрации).

Очень тихо, дизайн шикарный, спать было одно удовольствие. Мальчики администраторы на стойке регистрации очень заботливые и внимательные. Завтрак восхитительный, все очень вежливые. Панорамные окна на завтраке, через которые видно улице. Очень красиво

Cons:

Мне понравилось всё. Бассейн да, маленький, в спа зоне была не очень приветливая девушка, но сауна очень хорошая. Тренажерка тоже классная
