Resepsiyonda check-in yaptığımız sırada, orada çalışan bayanın ertesi gün nereye gideceğimizi sorması açıkçası bize tuhaf geldi. Bunun onu neden ilgilendirdiğini anlayamadık. Biz ondan güler yüzlü bir karşılama beklerken, tam tersine morali bozuk gibiydi. Bu da ilk izlenim açısından açıkçası bizi olumsuz etkiledi.

لم اسكن بالفندق لانه لم تصل لهم النقود وتم رفض دخولي واضطررت ان احجز فندق اخر وانا منتظر الرد منكم لماذا لم يتم ارسال المال لهم واريد استرجاع مبلغ وتم التأكيد من البنك انه تم تحصيلكم للمبلغ ولكن الفندق يقول عكس ذالك

Katastrophal, nicht zu empfehlen.

Leider hat mir garnichts gefallen.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr heruntergekommen. Teilweise fehlen Fliesen an den Wänden und Tapeten sind von der Wand abgerissen. Das schlimmste war jedoch, das mein Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde bevor ich es erhalten habe.
Im Badezimmer gab es keine Handtücher und das Bett war auch nicht hergerichtet. Als ich mich an der Rezeption beschweren wollte, konnte ich kein Personal antreffen. Habe dann die Flucht ergriffen und habe kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Am nächsten Tag habe ich das Personal über die Situation informiert und wollte mein Geld zurück erhalten, das Hotel hat dem widersprochen und ich bin auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben.

Pros:

There were bad reviews about the hotel, I took the risk and went. They welcomed me very well and I asked the reason for the bad review. When I went, it turned out that it belonged to the previous management and I didn't really have any problems. They always helped us in every way. Don't be fooled by the bad reviews. The current management is very good.
