Great stay overall, but it was marred by the lingering smell of cigarette smoke on the 2 occasions
Pros:

Location, laundry mart , friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

We had to alert staff about smoking by other guests on our floor twice during our stay. It would be great if staff can be more attentive and proactive in enforcing the no-smoking policy to keep rooms fresh and comfortable for all guests.

The location is good. A lot restaurants nearby and it is close to the electronic shops. The room is big and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The temperature of the room is hard to adjust. Some rooms have smoking smell.

Pros:

Struttura contemporanea, curata e pulita nel cuore della città. Camere ampie con vista panoramica e colazione davvero variegata e di qualità. Per un soggiorno davvero confortevole.

Отель расположен не там, где показан на карте букинга. Возможно уже исправили, но мы долго искали отель около метро, а он оказался в трёх кварталах.

Вокруг отеля многочисленные кафешки, вкуснейший ужин обеспечен, если успеете занять очередь.

Сотрудники отеля дружелюбные. Мы были в канун нового года, ребенок каждый день получал подарки на ресепшн. Также у ресепшн стоит попкорн, чай и сок.
Сын сказал, что это лучший отель, даже без бассейна.

Номера начинаются с 28 этажа, поэтому вид будет обеспечен. Автоматические шторы понравились.
Горячая вода в душе сразу горячая и не нужно сливать. Унитаз с подогревом)

Полы в номере убирали по просьбе. А так в основном чисто.

Завтрак хороший, особенно понравились десерты, мини тортики. Иногда были морепродукты на завтрак. Всё очень вкусно.
